i came into the salon yesterday tues 10th january and had Jess as my stylist, she removed my extensions as asked and was so helpful with how to get my hair healthier. i would def come back and get my hair done by her - my blow wave was amazing and she toned my hair which looked so much better Thanks so much for your time Jess i really appreciate it .
A terrible place for hair extensions, low quality grade hair, for quality grade premium prices. No longevity, once you wash them they are ruined and matte. Terrible customer service in salon, rude and terrible service. I went in after calling and asking to come in store and once I did the girl with the jet black hair wouldn’t attend to me nor would she answer my Qs. A transaction that would have taken 5 mins didn’t occur as she couldn’t multi task. I ended up looking at the extensions myself, I only went there as a last minute resort as I had bought from them over 10 yrs ago. Glad I didn’t end up purchasing again. The quality has worsened as well as the service. The location is also very sketchy and the store looks like it could do with a clean, very unhygienic. Should probably be reported as there’s a lot of OHS violations. Would not recommend. Glam seamless, jadore hair and bellami are sooo much better, I’ve had mine for years and they still have shine and feel good as new.

I have used tape in hair extensions for around 9yrs - I honestly have tried over 100 different companies / countries / retail / wholesale hair extensions- spending $300-$1,000.00 in one purchase of hair extensions at a time - Feeling like I was at whits end with the continuous change of where I could source my hair- I decided to made one purchase at hair link hair extensions just to try them out- and hands down - I have never found such good quality hair as what I have from this place! ESPECIALLY at this price- I am so thankful I’ve found this place!!! & the hair serum, omg.. seriously thank you guys!! It not only keeps my hair looking like it did the first day I bought it- it actually revived my old scraggly hair extensions to the point where they look brand new as well- Not to mention The staff are absolutely awesome, so helpful and friendly. Seriously... THANK YOU! I don’t have to keep searching anymore!!! - one happy buyer!!!!!

I order my hair from hairlink and have many times over the years. I can honestly never fault the quality and get well and truly more than 6 months use out of the hair. Minimal shedding and never tangles. Thank you so much hairlink for providing such good quality hair it's difficult to find.

Most amazing hair extensions in Melbourne! Such friendly and helpful staff who make you feel welcomed and at home. Nella is very professional and knows what she is doing with hair extensions. Hair lasted so well until my next re-tape session. Definitely get your value for money. I would highly recommend Hair Link Hair extensions to anyone who is looking to getting extensions put in.
