Great hair dresser been going for 15+ years originally to the city salon when it first opened and now to the Box Hill salon and I'm never disappointed. Prices are so reasonable and the artists take their time to ensure customer satisfaction. They take a lot of pride in their work. I would recommend to anyone who wants a quality hair cut or colour.
I was extremely disappointed with my experience today. I waited 45 mins for Victor to start cutting my hair someone had washed and dried it in the meantime. He spent around 30 mins cutting, which is fine, but as he was running behind, he then decided to attend to the next client, while I had my hair washed again. After that, the hair washing assistant proceeded to blow dry and style my hair. I'm not sure if it's due to poor styling technique or hair cut but my hair ended up being horrendous and aged me. I was asked to wait for Victor, but after another 5-10 minutes waiting for him, I noticed he had moved on from the other client to cutting the client's daughters hair. By this time, I had been at the salon for close to 2 hours, and ultimately left with hair styled by a hair washing assistant. This was supposed to be my relaxed day off without kids but unfortunately, I wasted 2 hours to not only leave looking worse then when I entered, but felt let down by the customer service.
I see Terry here and he is fantastic. Great attention to detail and spends the time with you to make sure it's perfect. Must book in advance though because they are popular
