Not just a restaurant, but a great place to have a fun dining experience! My friends and I came as part of a birthday booking, and I had never been to Haidilao or a hot pot restaurant before, so I didn’t know what to expect. This chain is known for being so popular that it often has a long wait time, so you are treated to free manicures/hand cares, with a children’s play area, and even snacks and drink whilst you wait! Once inside, you pick soup bases, meats/veg/rice/other dishes/drinks via the iPad, and then you can also get some condiments and dipping sauces at the counter. The food was delicious and good quality. You can also order noodle dances and we got a birthday song and gifts as it was a birthday reservation. All together, the staff showed they were really devoted to providing personalised and next level service. It was definitely an experience I’ve never had before, and I really enjoyed it, and I know my friends did too. The price is definitely on the higher end, but I would argue that the current economy has other restaurants providing a lower level of service and charging close to these prices. Just make sure you arrive on time for your booking, and don’t be ravenously hungry because this place is popular!

Unique dining experience! The food is amazing, the service is at next level. We had a pleasure lunch in Haidilao! Sijie has a done a very great job, she delivers great service to us which makes all of us very delighted. Definitely gonna come back again! We really enjoy this!

Had an amazing experience at Haidilao Brisbane! The food was fresh and delicious as always, and the service was absolutely outstanding.nnI want to give a special shout-out to Jannel, who made our visit extra memorable. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire meal. Her friendly attitude and thoughtful service really made a difference. Service was friendly, didn’t make a booking but the staff was able to give a table for 3 in an instant. Staff was friendly and great, it was busy during our dine-in time a lot was happening around us. Book your spot earlier online, walk-in has going to set you with long waiting time. Their service is top of the range. Wide range of soup base to choose from. I like their $6.90 self serve counter for wide verity of spices and sauce, also congee, crackers and fruits.
