This place has brought the service style from Mainland China to Brisbane. All the staff are very attentive, constantly checking on your table and clearing empty plates. Food wise, the quality is good and fresh. You get what you pay for. Definitely, there are a few surprises. Good place for birth parties and celebration.

Very delicious treat and good atmosphere. Had dinner with few of my friends here today. Get served by a lady called over there, surprisingly good service and always put on a good smile also she is very helpful and always there to help us out!

Be prepared to spend a few hours as you catch up with family & friends over this simmering yummy pot of food you build & cook!nnLocated at Market Square Sunnybank in the greenish new building on Level 3. The staff are super friendly & most attentive especially to kids! We hadn’t even ordered anything yet & we had received so many free gifts from them to keep the kids entertained!nnA huge space with plenty of room for all! They are very adaptable to kids & mobility vehicles. Very friendly staff to help you choose on the iPad & pick everything you would like to eat! A huge condiments table of yummy sauces to choose from & continue to refill as much as you like throughout your time there! The food is very fresh & delicious! Huge variety to choose from & your eyes will be bigger than your stomach! Can’t finish everything? Ask for take-away container to take it home nnIf you have a birthday or special occasion just let them know - we easily saw 5 birthdays going on with decorated booths, a team goes around & sings happy birthday along with a cake if that’s what you have prepared - & it’s very joyous to watch! Order the noodle dance where someone performs/prepares fresh noodles for you to add to your hot pot! We were lucky enough to also see their ‘Subject Three’ dance where a performer dances in traditional costume in the restaurant for all to see, it’s to bring joy amongst all. Haidilao is also knows for their ‘Secret Word Menu’ & also this store provides a free manicure service which you can see before entering the venue. They also have a great waiting areas outside with games to play & little tables & blocks for kids also as you wait for the rest of your party to arrive!nnPlenty of undercover parking in the building & throughout the whole venue however they do get very busy doing peak hours! Easy to get to via public transport with the 130 & 140 buses being the quickest & most frequent, the Altandi train station is the closest with a 20 mins walk up to the venue.nnAmenities available in store, easy access for kids, prams & mobility vehicles. You can state all this in your online booking so they can accomodate you!nnHighly recommend& will be back!!!

This restaurant is AMAZING!! The service is excellent from start to finish and you could not ask for better quality food. The available options on both the menu and the sauce and dessert bars is fantastic, guaranteeing that even with a party of widely differing tastes, everyone will find something they enjoy. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal here and would recommend it to anyone!!! Thank you Haidilao!

The dining experience at Haidilao was absolutely wonderful! Their service was unparalleled. As soon as we entered, we were warmly greeted by enthusiastic staff who meticulously arranged our seating and promptly prepared all the utensils we needed. Liu Wanxin always greeted us with a smile, patiently answered our questions, and even recommended delicious combinations of dishes and sauces to enhance our dining experience. Her service was incredibly prompt; whenever we needed to order more dishes or drinks, she promptly met our needs, making us feel right at home. In summary, it was a very enjoyable dining experience, and Haidilao's service definitely deserves a five-star review
