One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Melbourne nnWhat impressed me the most was how fresh everything was, especially the meat, you can really taste the quality. The hotpot was delicious and I loved that there were 4 different soup bases to choose from.nnThe service was amazing and so thoughtful. They even brought me a hair tie while we were eating, which I thought was such a cute detail. The restaurant was also absolutely spotless.nnWhat really makes this place special is the whole experience. Even while waiting for a table, they make you feel looked after, there are free drinks at the entrance and even complimentary manicures while you wait. We also loved the noodle show!nnIt honestly felt like more than just dinner, it felt like an event. Such a fun and memorable experience, definitely coming back

Had an amazing dining experience at Haidilao Hot Pot Glen Waverley. The quality of the food was excellent, from the fresh meats and seafood to the flavourful broths and wide variety of dishes available. The service was outstanding. Special thanks to Joey and the other staffs, they were attentive, welcoming, and constantly checked in to make sure everything was perfect. The sauce station had so many great options and the overall atmosphere was lively yet comfortable. Definitely a go-to spot for hotpot and great service. Highly recommend!

Had a really nice experience at Haidilao today! The beef was tender and delicious, and the frozen tofu absorbed the soup perfectly. The mushroom broth was especially tasty :rich, comforting, and full of flavor. The vegetables were also very fresh.nnSpecial thanks to Joey for the excellent service. she was attentive, friendly, and made the whole dining experience even better. Would definitely come back again!

We had an amazing birthday dinner here and the second time we’ve been. Definitely recommend!!! Everything is very fresh and tasty. From the fresh meats to the appetisers everything was amazing. On top of that, the service was unbelievable!! Joey and Lyn was amazing and went above and beyond to help us with everything!! Definitely worth coming here and definitely will be back!!!

So I had the Haidilao 2-person set $69.8nand it was SO good nNgl the hand-pounded beef meatballs  were the real MVP of the meal. Bouncy, chewy, properly beefy — not like those bland frozen ones you get everywhere else.nThe rest of the spread was stacked too wagyu, marbled pork belly, bean curd, those cute little mantou buns… basically everything you need for a proper hot pot night, and good amount of food for the price. We didn’t even finish it all.nBonus: we can get a free manicure while waiting  rmb to book it when you enter. like… it’s not just a meal, it’s an experience lolnGenuinely can’t believe this is only 69.8 for two people. 10/10 would go back just for the meatballs alone
