This restaurant is fabulous. From the time one enters until the time one completes their meals, the service is number one. Customer service is great. Staff are very attentive, helpful, and clean. Great food and desserts. Cleanliness is really good here....real good hygiene. The environment here is so positive and inviting. One could only smile and enjoy through the whole experience. Definitely recommended and will certainly be back. Thank you for being awesome.

First time visiting Haidilao, had such a great time and the food was delicious. My favourite soup base was definitely the Mushroom one.nnService was amazing, staff was all so lovely. Thanks Kevin for such great service, he was great and accommodating. Definitely will be back

The handsome and sunny boy Adam made me like Glen's Haidilao even more. His meticulous service, enthusiasm and professionalism gave us wonderful memories. The environment in the store is also good, and the dishes are very fresh. Welcome to order from Adam, he will have extra surprises for you!

Pretty good hotpot place and good service. It's on the pricey side. Appetizers are mandatory as the cost is already included for each person. If you're having a celebration, let them know when you make a booking. You may get a surprise song, cake, gifts for kids, etc.nnPSA: the aircon can be overpowering, so be prepared to put on a jacket or ask them for a blanket.
