Had an amazing dining experience at Haidilao Hot Pot Glen Waverley. The quality of the food was excellent, from the fresh meats and seafood to the flavourful broths and wide variety of dishes available. The service was outstanding. Special thanks to Joey and the other staffs, they were attentive, welcoming, and constantly checked in to make sure everything was perfect. The sauce station had so many great options and the overall atmosphere was lively yet comfortable. Definitely a go-to spot for hotpot and great service. Highly recommend!

One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Melbourne nnWhat impressed me the most was how fresh everything was, especially the meat, you can really taste the quality. The hotpot was delicious and I loved that there were 4 different soup bases to choose from.nnThe service was amazing and so thoughtful. They even brought me a hair tie while we were eating, which I thought was such a cute detail. The restaurant was also absolutely spotless.nnWhat really makes this place special is the whole experience. Even while waiting for a table, they make you feel looked after, there are free drinks at the entrance and even complimentary manicures while you wait. We also loved the noodle show!nnIt honestly felt like more than just dinner, it felt like an event. Such a fun and memorable experience, definitely coming back

Always a treat at HDL, revisiting Glen for their great value promotions this month. Ease of booking through inline/rednote. Attended by the lovely XiYuan this afternoon, so polite and friendly even though he was busy with full tables around us.nnGot the 59.90 value set which filled us up to the brim, along side the dual pot and sauce bar options. Not pressured for time to finish and could eat at own pace with this set. Flavours consistent as always. A manager later also provided extra service with a plate of crayfish for a birthday special  thank you ~

We had such an amazing experience at Haidilao!  Jiapei is so lovely. She provided the best service to us. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavour — every dish was so satisfying. The variety made it perfect for our family, and we loved being able to choose and cook everything exactly how we liked it. The most important thing is they help look after kids!!nnThe service was outstanding — friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.  The staff made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in, which meant a lot as we were dining with our 3-year-old. They were so thoughtful and patient, and that really made our visit stress-free and enjoyable.nnIt’s such a great place for families. The atmosphere is lively yet comfortable, and everything felt clean and well-organised. Our little one had a wonderful time too! ‍‍nnWe left very happy, very full, and already looking forward to coming back again! Highly recommend for families and anyone who loves great food and exceptional service.

Our first time here as a family and we really enjoyed our meal. The service was great, and we loved all the little bells and whistles — the birthday dessert, complimentary manicure, and the overall experience made it feel really special nnIt was clearly very busy, but all the staff were hardworking, attentive, and still doing their best to smile and provide good service throughout, which we really appreciated.nnThe noodle dance/show was also so entertaining for the kids! And the soup bases were delicious — we picked the signature mala and Golden Soup with Fish Maw and Chicken.nnDefinitely a fun place for birthdays and celebrations, but also somewhere anyone can enjoy for a nice meal out anytime.
