This restaurant is incredible! Fresh high-quality food! Loved the Noodle dance! The birthday songs! Free gifts! Free snacks! Free claw machine to play! My visit to Haidilao Box Hill was outstanding, thanks to the exceptionally warm service led by Cici, whose friendliness and cheer made me feel especially welcome. My bro is also so wonderful, I also noted the wonderful attentiveness of every staff member, enhancing the inviting atmosphere. The food was exquisitely prepared, matching the perfect ambiance for any occasion.

Great hot pot restaurant with great service. Our server Charles was amazing! Helped us with the menu and always making sure we had what we wanted. Theres a chef that does a noodle dance show too. Theres a sauce and dessert bar that you can go up too as many times as you like. The noodles are freshly made and taste delicious. I have been here a few times now. Great for the kids too. We all received little gifts when we left too. I highly recommend this little gem restaurant.

Today we went to haidilao hotpot for my son birthday, the service in Boxhill is really good. Kenny was serving us, we were very happy with his service. And overall experience was really good, including the food, the manicure, even the toilet is really nice and thoughtful. Our son also enjoyed the playground area.

The waiter Haoran was great, he helped us with the hotpot and had a great attitude to his work and was very enthusiastic towards us. The food is great too each serving has a good amount.
