Amazing, unique, attention to detail and a must-see when in Adelaide. Dedicate at least 3h to immerse yourself in this beautiful small town and let Hahndorf impress you every second, everywhere you look at.
A very special place to visit. Traffic and parking is a bit of an issue so go early in the morning. Lots and lots to see and do. Op shops, antique stores, lolly shops, ice cream and German history everywhere. All the stores we visited had lovely staff.
Great village to explore especially around Xmas time and had a great festive atmosphere. There are a number of pubs that reminded me of the ones in Germany. We were lucky to be able to visit the 2 Xmas markets and loved browsing all the little stores. It's a busy place and somewhat limited parking. Would recommend arriving abit earlier to avoid the traffic especially on the weekend.
One stop away from Beerenberg farm.nnA very nice German Village , located along Barker Street. We took a bus from city , took around 1 hour to reach here.nnWorth a visit at least once, while you’re around.
We had a great time.Went to the German Clock shop. Amazing they have Christmas decorations and children's toys & well worth a visit.nWe tried Bee Stinge cake for the first time. Very nice also had a pretzel warmed up and Kransky sausage with sourkrout roll.nGood day out .
