Habibi Cafe

I used Radical Storage to keep my suitcase at Habibi Cafe whilst I went on a tour and they were brilliant. When I dropped the suitcase off and picked it up they were very friendly, communication was great I messaged them at one point on my trip as I was worried about the flooding and they replied straight away then even followed it up a few days later to make sure I'd been able to pick up my luggage okay. They let me use the WiFi to book an uber to the airport and even offered me a free coffee after. Everyone at Habibi is so friendly and thoughtful, I'd highly recommend.

These guys sell Vuse pods for $20 instead of the rrp of $14, looking at other reviews looks like they are always ripping people off. Nice staff tho.

We waited over 25 mins for a shisha with only 2 more tables occupied and we had to ask for a refund as we ran out of time. That being said, we had a good experience other times.

Ive had a bad experience in the past when the business owner was away, but he actually came back and turned things around. Not many business owners reach out for their customers to try and make them happy not a shisha cafe owners in NZ anyway. I like the new change will definitely give them a visit to see the change in person!

Little on the pricey side but it's Auckland city what do you expect, good flavor hookah, lots of variety and really pleasant staff!

Surprising night in Habibi Cafe, I live 45 minutes away from the city, it’s the only cafe/shisha open 24/7, came to buy some tobacco, the owner generously asked if I would like to join him smoking, with out hesitation I said YES, staff are very nice and welcoming, recommend 110% Will be coming more often. Loving it.

Bad costumer experience, staff was really unfriendly and not helpful at all, the hookahs we had were partly broken and fixed with some kind of duct tape. Another negative thing is that the hoses are made of plastic which really reduces the smoking experience, because all the flavours are lost. The coals go out really fast and there is too little tobacco in the heads so the smoking experience is good for 5 minutes and then rapidly declines. The only positive thing for me is that they have Al Fakher tobacco, at least that is what they told me. All in all the smoking experience is really bad and I do not recommend going there if you want a great experience!
