Love coming here for tasty, well cooked, Vietnamese dishes. The spring rolls are highly recommended as well as salt and pepper fish. Servings are generous and everything has a great flavour. Definitely check this place out for a well priced meal for you and your friends. Highly recommended.
Excellent food , Hygiene place , fair price , quick service , the customer service is fantastic and super friendly . This place and that lady owner is favorite for me and my wife . Highly recommend as we are regular there from last couple of years.
This is the most authentic Vietnamese restaurant, the pho beef noodle is always as good as the last. Their food is amazing and the owner is very nice. She always checks up on us and is very friendly making the restaurant amazing. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a great Vietnamese food experience.
Bertie and I again ventured out for lazy Sunday lunch and wanted to try a few placed close to us in Campsie. Reading other reviews, we were keen to give this place a whirl. We were not disappointed, I had the chicken pho and Bertie has the vermicelli noodles and shared the avocado smoothie with a shot of coffee. Overall really pleased with the meal and will be revisiting it soon once we have worked our way through the list we have :
Wow! Our dishes came out in less than 5 minutes! We ate here on a a public holiday. It wasn’t too busy when we arrived. We ordered a crispy chicken with tomato rice and special beef pho. The pho broth was super tasty and the tomato rice was on par with other good restaurants. We also got coconut water and watermelon juice which was really cheap only $5. We’d definitely recommend!
Best Vietnamese restaurant in Campsie I’d say. Crispy chicken was outstanding and beef was super tender. Service was very friendly as well. Just keep in mind this place is cash only.
I ordered 1 serve of special pho and 1 serve of fish vermicelli, what I got were not as expected. Very light broth as well as no green at all not mention we found a plastic thing in Pho bowl. We used to eat there many times but the quality recently is very dissapointed and below average. Never come back.
Nov 2022: Tried the crispy skin chicken and tomato rice, the bowl of grilled pork and spring roll vermicilli noodles and a coconut juice. Perfect summer options and generous servings. Update July 2022: Price increase by $1 for most items so now $16, and they've also just changed the rice noodles which is thinner and lighter - it's easier to pick up with chopsticks and coming out of winter I think it's a nice change and still feel comfortably full. Original post: Delicious beef and beef brisket pho for $15 - decent sized portions accompanied with fresh sides along with busy and friendly lovely lady that recognises and remembers us. Cash only and highly recommend- our fave local Vietnamese restaurant. Parking: Street parking - try Eighth Ave or along Beamish St Wheelchair accessibility: Flat layout, no toilets.
A hidden gem in the Canterbury area. You usually have to travel out Cabramatta or Flemington for decent Vietnamese food, but this place is arguably just as great. There's 30 minute parking right outside the restaurant and its about a 10min walk down from Campsie station. Also CASH ONLY as many double d delicious and dodgy restaurants are. Pho is AMAZING and summer rolls are great too. The vermicelli bowls are okay, grilled pork is charred cooked to perfection and the spring rolls are crispy and filled with various fillings. But just not enough veggies for my liking. Service isn't necessarily warm but they do take your order, bring you food and clean your area. What more do you need?
Pho was bland AF, great for old people that have sodium problems tbh, they didn’t give us dipping plates and too much noodles not enough meat. I did enjoy the art though.
