Operative came totally unprepared.  He refused to move or assist to move the toilet "we're not allowed to in case we break it".  Fortunately, my husband was on site at the time!!  Caused a huge mess after being told NOT to flush the toilet or run the tap as our plumber had left everything drained in readiness.  He did both and of course the mess went EVERYWHERE.  We used every spare old cloth, blanket and towel in the place which, of course, were binned afterwards....   I complained when I got the invoice, which was incorrect, and have had no response to the points I raised regarding the service.  Be prepared for a HUGE MESS.

H2O are amazing. Fixed our blocked drains  previous plumber made 3 visits in 4 weeks and we still had blocked drains H2O pinpointed exactly where the tree roots were getting in and marked these for us. Gave us good advice on how we could stop the roots from growing back again. Highly recommend you use them if you have problems with blocked sewage

I was dissapointed with H20, having used them in the past I called them again. A simple blockage in our drain, we were quoted $240 an hour if we used them on the Sat but I said we would wait till Mon for the $195p/h rate. he arrived asessed the situation and cleared the drain, which on the invoice said took 6-7 min.Now the hourly rate includes travel time, so thats 15 min each way from Thorndon to Breaker bay that leaves 23 min for getting tools out and packing up etc. We were charged $295

I called H2O to unblock one of my drains. I've used a couple of different drain cleaning companies in Wellington. Some of them we're pretty appalling with their service. So I decided to give H2O a shot. They we're at my house the same day and fixed it in no time. The guy who fixed it was very friendly as well.

Excellent service. Promptly attended to an Easter weekend drain issue. Good communication and managed cost expectations well.

They used to be good but they have changed there staff lately no good , tried a company called Go with the flow and they charged me $45+ gst for a plunge as per there google add which is more than i can say about other company's.
