We had an initial tax consultation with Evelyn for our small business. Unfortunately she was condescending and unpleasant from the onset. We chose this firm based on a positive Google review, and had such a bad experience that I wanted to prevent someone else from having one too. :(

Absolutely preposterous service. I went to claim my tax this year, I was given a copy of a form that stated I would receive a certain amount. The accountant said it would be in my bank in 3 weeks. So I waited. Kept checking. 11 days later.. THEY CALL ME and say I have to go back into the office and told me I cant receive that amount, I can't claim that much..11 days later!!!! I asked to see a manager, he was rude and said if you don't like it, go elsewere. NO sincere apology for the inconvienience, AND I still had to pay the $100+ fee to them. H&R Block are not the best people in tax, they don't miss a thing is absolute bullcrap..and in total I have to wait another 3 weeks, making that a maximum time period of 6 weeks to receive my refund. Which has drastically had an impact on my finances, DUE TO THEM AND THEIR UNPROFESSIONALISM. NEVER, EVER AGAIN.
