Absolutely horrible customer service. Doesn't return emails nor phone calls. Would never use your service again. Shocking...

Mammen is always easy to deal with. Upfront, and honest. Has helped take the complications away from lodging a claim on an investment property. I recommended him to my Mum who is also very happy with him.

Mamman has done my taxes every year since 1999! No issues! Maximum return every year by the book.I am suprised at the negative feedback !.He is great..?.....I maybe wrong..very shocked.!

I’ve had a good experience here and had my taxes completed in a timely manner. I haven’t had any major issues that I’m aware of. They may be a little slow, but the customer service has always been good.

H&R Block Prahran and very fast/accommodating and provide a great service.

Bad. Just needed a letter from an accountant stating my business had ceased trading, the woman there didn't seem to understand the request. She spoke to her boss who said they can't do that.

Worst customer service, Please educate your staff on how to use the technology in front of them‍ Just spend the last 25 mins there & the whole time all the person did was fill out my name , than tell me OHH “I don’t know how to put your name in the system “ ARE SERIOUS? idiot
