Worst experience! Yes,she was friendly but sooo slow and none confidence of what she was doing at all!!! I had to wait for 45 minutes and at the end she got confused and I had to wait another 15 minutes till her supervisor finished with another customer and long story short, I didn't do it. Instead, I went to etax and did it online, in 15 minutes AND I got more money back! DIDN'T WORTH IT!!!

My first Tax accounting session in Australia, and HR Block were 25 minutes late with my appointment, then rushed through my accounts missing some things which I wasn't aware of myself. Other friends spoke highly of them, so I'm sure this was a one-off, but I certainly was not impressed with my own experience.
