No pram access on the main road; use the side entrance. Inside, it's spacious with a large home and kids section.
I love the old building this store is situated in. They have done a great job with design & layout. Always enjoy shopping at H&M, especially the fitness wear. Their tights are so comfortable. Also, have a good selection of evening wear & casual with good prices.
I had a really disappointing experience with one of the staff members at H&M. My partner and I were near the changing area, just talking for a moment, and the pathway was plenty wide. Out of nowhere, the staff member shouted at us to 'get out of the way' in an extremely rude tone. There was no reason for that kind of behavior, especially when we weren't obstructing anything. It's really upsetting to be treated so disrespectfully. Customer service like this definitely needs improvement. The staff name is Van working at an evening shift.
The largest and the prettiest H&M I’ve ever been.nThe building is so beautiful.
Encountered with a short Asian guy today. He was extremely rude towards us and created an unnecessary scene. Checked our bags fully on the way out in a rude manner for no reason. I love H n M and employees like these are such a disgrace.nnYou need to resign and work somewhere else in an Asian restaurant. You’re overqualified for your position. Not coming back to this store once again.
