The building of this H&M is beautiful, and it’s a pleasure to walk in. I had a small issue at checkout—I forgot to remove the security tags—but strangely, the alarm didn’t go off when I left. I think it might not be working. I came back the next day, and there was no problem; they removed the tags without any hassle. The security staff at the entrance are also very kind. Without a doubt, I recommend this store.
Huge store and a lot of variety, but was amazed at how high the prices were for average clothing. I found multiple times that the exact same item would be priced differently depending on size which was really weird and irritating. Customer service wasn’t great. Really pretty store though!
Big store, very busy. Long queue on ground floor fitting room because they closed them off on other floors. Staff forgot to remove the security tag after purchase.
I love the old building this store is situated in. They have done a great job with design & layout. Always enjoy shopping at H&M, especially the fitness wear. Their tights are so comfortable. Also, have a good selection of evening wear & casual with good prices.
I had a great experience at H&M today. I was at self serve check out and a really helpful young male member of staff helped me process my order. I was really impressed that he took the time to assist me without me requesting help.
