Huge store and a lot of variety, but was amazed at how high the prices were for average clothing. I found multiple times that the exact same item would be priced differently depending on size which was really weird and irritating. Customer service wasn’t great. Really pretty store though!
Big store, very busy. Long queue on ground floor fitting room because they closed them off on other floors. Staff forgot to remove the security tag after purchase.
I had a great experience at H&M today. I was at self serve check out and a really helpful young male member of staff helped me process my order. I was really impressed that he took the time to assist me without me requesting help.
I just wanted to give a shoutout to Sarah at H&M! She was super helpful and really went above and beyond for me. She even found some trousers and brought them to the changing room, which made my shopping experience so much easier. Thanks, Sarah, for being so awesome! You made my day!
Very nice store one the most beautiful store so far have been in Several H&M stores and this store has more variety for all different activities and lifestyles there's even a side for athletics which i found very interesting because normally the other stores do not have it do something new and nice. ‍
