The food is absolutely amazing however on two seperate occasions one of my items have been forgotten. I ordered uber eats and they forgot my chips, last time I got uber eats they forgot my sundae. I don’t mean to complain however I thought I should just bring this to your attention :
You trap me in your drive through for half an hour to give me a burrito that doesn’t have the extras I paid for after your staff recited the order wrong twice & had it amended. To top it off it was mostly only beens, rice & sauce on a chicken burrito. No I do not want to get back in the car for another half an hour to get the correct order. Do better.
Seriously how hard is it to not mess up an order? Like you do a double check of the food and order before sealing the bag that’s why you check the items off the list yet the foods still wrong? Please get better management service is shocking I’ve decided to write this as every second order I get is wrong
I am very pleased by the service I received from Sebas in the drive-through today. If I could rate his service more than 5 stars- I totally would. His commitment to making sure I received above average service I have to highly commemorate. I would also like to compliment the time he took to ensure that he got my order right. And I assume this behaviour is consistent, as the workers in the last window were also terrific! I don’t even like GYG, but I would keep coming back if this is the service that I receive. Keep up the great work!!!
I went through the drive through and this male kid took my order, I asked for a vegetarian Burrito Bowl and 2 sets of Churros. At the window the girl just took my money but didn't read out the order.nWhen I got home there was 1 set of churros and a very inedible cold small burrito. I phoned them and the girl said she was sorry but I should have checked my Order. I said the kid should be listening better.
