Let me start by saying the staff member who took my order was lovely and very professional. I ordered a meal through drive through and it was missing nearly all ingredients, not even half of what I ordered was included Honestly so fed up as this was occurring earlier last year and thought that the store was getting better.
Everytime I order here there is always something missing and it’s disappointing that when you come home with your order and find out things are missing in there .nI orderd mini nachos in a meal and beans were missing and this is not the first time that this happend. Last time the sauce was missing and not to forget the cutlery which tenu never give .nFew prices of chicken and guacamole that’s it .
Drive through purchase. The food was good. The board on the drive though gave a price for the additional meal deal. The charge was a dollar more than the Board said. Otherwise, the tacos were great.
Absolutely stellar team! I ordered TWENTY FIVE burrito bowls for a catering spread and the team had them ready to go when I went to pick up. All neatly labelled, kept warm and with cutlery and napkins. The gentleman at the counter even helped me to carry to my car and just had a wonderful attitude. Lovely staff there and the condiment/serving station is always full of the individual servings of onions, coriander, sauces etc and neatly stacked. Definitely one of the best GYGs I’ve been to. Thanks team!
Disappointed in our trip to GYG tonight. We usually love this GYG and never have an issue however this time we were left very disappointed. We ordered spicy nachos a nachos meal and churros. Firstly the nachos seemed to be missing half of their toppings. I honestly have never seen a GYG be this stingy with their toppings. If we wanted a mini size we would have ordered that. The nachos were also far from spicy so obviously missing the sauce they usually put on. The churros were warm but quite stale, I’m not sure if they’d been sitting there a while or not but again… disappointing. We took our meals home to eat so couldn’t provide in store feedback. The chips were nice though and the customer service was great. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but we were not happy with this experience unfortunately.
