I love when multiple times I order sundaes and the dont come. I only order delivery 2-3 times a month as I’m a broke 21 year old. It’s not nice when half your food missing & door dash is refusing to refund you. Guess I should of been smarter and not ate at Guzman.
We love Guzman y Gomez and have no issues with other stores. Unfortunately my wife found blue and white paper through her Nacho fries. She was already 1/2 way through it when we noticed it. Stafford Guzmans seem to have issue with the quality of food. With previous visits I have found food not to the standard of other Guzmans in Brisbane and have found the atmosphere tense behind the counter.
I usually don't give negative reviews. Unfortunately, this one deserved one. Definitely one of the worst Guzman in Brisbane. I ordered burrito brisket. It was basically rice, and towards the end, I saw some brisket pieces. I think I am lucky that they put some in it. Thanks, guys. Hope you do it better for others.
ordered a mini nacho fries $10.90 and the box was not full at all how it should be. this is ridiculous
I ordered a combo last night for nacho fries, chips and a Pepsi as well as a second nacho fries. We were missing the fries and the Pepsi. Thinking that we didn't have cutlery, I went to call out and ask for some and the girl at the drive thru looked me right in the eyes and walked away. It was not until one of the cooks pointed out that I needed help that she said rudely that she knows she put it in the bag. Love the food here usually but unfortunately it was a very unpleasant experience.
