I have been ordering gyg for years, and I have been been disappointed. However, ordering from the app I received the most ridiculous order ever. I ordered 2 mini bowls, one with extra beef and there was literally 2 little grains of ground beef extra. My friend who ordered the other bowl received 2 spoons of rice, 3 grains of black beans, that I had to dig to find, and almost nothing of… everything. So disappointing, never ordering from this branch again.nnUpdate: the support answered my claim saying not having beans in one of the orders and only 2 spoons of rice were standard portioning. Ordering extra meat and not getting it seems to be the new normal too. I hope it’s just this branch that sucks, as I love gyg and don’t want to have to stop ordering from it.
This was a really bad experience. I asked for lettuce instead of rice as that’s an option so they just decided to omit both entirely. My food looked like a dogs breakfast. I tried to use my own lettuce to fix the problem although it was a bit old hence why I ordered takeaway. My friends food was slightly better so I was eating some of there’s instead. The large chips were tiny, I’m not sure what I paid for an upgrade for. Overall I was really disappointed. I took a picture only 1-2 minutes after we had started eating but this is exactly what it looked like.
Ordered beef mince nachos and some tacos. The nachos were disgusting and the chips tasted stale, like they were left out in the open too long we couldn’t eat it. I went to the manager and told her that the chips tasted stale and that we couldn’t eat them and she became really defensive and said they were cooked fresh and that there was nothing that could be done about it. I repeated that we couldn’t eat the nachos and asked if they could be made again and she said no, so we just left them and walked out. I can’t believe this chain is so successful when they serve garbage like this
I just picked up two burrito bowls one mini and this is what I got…? How do they measure/weight their protein? If this is the regular size, I don’t think it’s worth it. I pulled the protein to the side and you can tell how the portions are so poor. Disappointing. The weight of those bowls is mainly riceplus the app notified me it was ready and they too so long get it out
Waited over 30 minutes after order said it was ready. Burrito was terrible once one piece of chicken & workers actively tried to avoid me asking for my order. Also got a green chip. Want a refund
