Usually pretty good but today got a bowl specifically asked for no beans and they loaded and I mean loaded my burrito bowl with the beans I did not want. And in case ur wondering if they didn’t hear the no beans part it’s literally written on the slip. Plus I ordered churros with the dulce sauce and they forgot the sauce. Like the sauce is the best part, now I have to eat dry churros but it still costed me $33 even if they mess up the order.
We went through the drive thru at around 2:00. Our order was correct when the server repeated it back to us, our receipt was also correct so we didn’t bother checking the bag. We waited at the window while all of the staff were chatting inside. We waited probably around 7 min. We got our order and started eating the chips which were freezing cold. With a screaming baby in the back, I didn’t go in and complain and just ate them. We then got home to realised they gave us hard shells instead of soft shell tacos. This is what my taco looked like….. I was basically eating hard shell only.
The young teens that serve from the drivethru have bad attitudes. It feels as though they do not want a job - which is showed with there impatience, rude greetings and a face to go along with it.nnAlso, I might mention that the food serving sizes are very touch and go.nnI come here a bit due to them being open past 830, which makes them one of a few options. Sometimes it is okay and other times, such as tonight, it is horrendous on all fronts. Service and food sizes.nnI'll attach a picture of my full burrito next to a mini. The full birrito is tiny!
*DO NOT GET BREAKFAST FROM GYG ROTHWELL - TERRIBLE SERVICE & FOOD*n25/09/2024 6:05amnif you are wanting a delicious and well-made breakfast and expecting the meal that you have PAID for and WANTED, then GYG Rothwell is not the place for you!!nA friend and I ordered our breakfast breakfast burrito and avocado toast with eggs on the side at the GYG Rothwell drive through. The girl at the window repeated my order correctly twice through the speakers and in person for payment. As we received our meals in the bag, I was stunned to find that my order was not there and I was in fact given a whole quesadilla with chorizo in a box I’m allergic to chorizo. So we drove back and walked in to receive my actual order that I was after in the first place.nStaff were content and apologised however, as it was early in the morning and there was not a single other customer around, there should be no excuses. They proceeded to give me my order and two free vouchers and I drove off once more. However, for the second time after paying for a meal, I did not receive my full order FOR A SECOND TIME IN A ROW as I paid an extra $3.50 for eggs and did not revive ANY on the avo toast!!!!nI headed back for a SECOND TIME to actually get what I paid EXTRA money for and the order that I WANTED, and were surprised that the morning staff were very rude to me by rolling their eyes at me etc when all they had to do was make a simple order correct in the first place there was 5 staff on at the time. After placing cold and wet eggs on my toast, I eventually gave up and walked away with the meal that should have only taken 10 minutes of my morning to make, not an hour and a half of my time.nDefinitely not worth the money or time of day, wasted fuel and time too.nTrain your staff properly to actually make the meals as ordered and paid for!!! No excuses will be taken for this one as there was not a single customer in sight during this time and the employees should be expected to do their job, NOT EVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!nPlease dont waste your money or time here.nNOTE: The free meal vouchers that were gifted to me in response of the staff not being able to make/complete my meal, expired a year ago as seen in the attached photo….
Bought a meal; Mushroom burrito, medium fries, and a drink. The wrap did not feel like it was fresh. It was overly chewy and the burrito could have tasted better. I sensed the taste of mushrooms and a bit of cheese. Nothing special about the burrito. And the burrito was small. Definitely not worth the price.nnAlso, the fries did not feel like they were made to order. They felt like they were heated upon ordering the meal.nnMoney spent here is not worth the quantity served and quality of the food.nnI would never try food again at Guzman Y Gomez.
