I had my little dog with me & tried to order via side window which is for phone order collection.- Menu Log etc. I was totally ignored when I asked if I could order from the window. The girl looked up at me and then walked away. Twice this happened when I tried to get her attention. A Thai restaurant was happy to offer professional service and provided beautiful & tasty food.
I have been served by a lady named Vivian.nI have felt very embarrassed and so disappointed about her customer service.nFirstly , NO greetings and her tone of voice was so racist towards me!nIt felt like , she tried to get rid of me in front of her at her best and with that, she already made mistake and I had to correct her with the order.nI Felt like a victim of racism.nMostly, after she delivering my order receipt, she Not even said a ‘Thank You’. And after me, she greeted the next customer so well. How embarrassing the moment was it!nAn worst customer service ever from such a reputed and giant food service provider.nShe should be trained that each and every customer should be treated equally and respectfully. Such an unprofessional staff!!!nSecondly, one of my ordered item med fried was completely unfresh,soggy and couldn’t even eat it. I just couldn’t stop myself to make this complaint towards this whole service .
The burrito I ordered was delicious and tasty, however,my friend ordered a mini whilst I ordered a large, when the food was delivered they looks almost identical, maybe a few millimeters difference in circumference!!! Not pleased… especially with the fact that there was a 5 dollar difference between our orders.
Can always depend on GyG! Good venue, quick service, they always deliver what I expect- always good portions and flavour. The customer service is so-so; some workers are friendly, some are not- but I always walk away with what I went there for.
I don’t think I’ve ever encountered such rude and ignorant staff in my life, as I did this morning at Guzman Newtown.nnI was totally ignored, whilst holding my baby, for over 5 mins at the counter while the 4 female staff checked their phones and chatted amongst themselves.nnWhen I finally said excuse me, the girl closest just glared at me like she wanted to kill me. Unbelievable. Never again.
