Would give 0 if I could! Looks like they gave me someone elses order and it tasted very stale. I bought the food in person so why am I receiving fries labelled “uber”. This the second time I am visiting this place and both times had a very bad experience. First time, the lady was very rude to me for no reason, felt like just didn’t like me for my color and my appearance and now I am being served stale food. Extremely disappointed with this kind of service from one of the largest chains in Australia!nWhat a waste of my money, time and energy.
I have been served by a lady named Vivian.nI have felt very embarrassed and so disappointed about her customer service.nFirstly , NO greetings and her tone of voice was so racist towards me!nIt felt like , she tried to get rid of me in front of her at her best and with that, she already made mistake and I had to correct her with the order.nI Felt like a victim of racism.nMostly, after she delivering my order receipt, she Not even said a ‘Thank You’. And after me, she greeted the next customer so well. How embarrassing the moment was it!nAn worst customer service ever from such a reputed and giant food service provider.nShe should be trained that each and every customer should be treated equally and respectfully. Such an unprofessional staff!!!nSecondly, one of my ordered item med fried was completely unfresh,soggy and couldn’t even eat it. I just couldn’t stop myself to make this complaint towards this whole service .
We didn’t get the extras we ordered, the rice was not cook and instead of slow cooked meat we got a huge piece of fat picturenTerrible order, not coming back
I had my little dog with me & tried to order via side window which is for phone order collection.- Menu Log etc. I was totally ignored when I asked if I could order from the window. The girl looked up at me and then walked away. Twice this happened when I tried to get her attention. A Thai restaurant was happy to offer professional service and provided beautiful & tasty food.
The burrito I ordered was delicious and tasty, however,my friend ordered a mini whilst I ordered a large, when the food was delivered they looks almost identical, maybe a few millimeters difference in circumference!!! Not pleased… especially with the fact that there was a 5 dollar difference between our orders.
