This is just one of the many horrible experiences we’ve had at this GYG store. The wait times are always ridiculous and the food most of the time is missing items or just not evenly distributed. We won’t ever be ordering from this store again and would highly recommend going to a different location if possible.nCalled the store and got hung up on after asking for an email as I want my money back. Waste of money and time dealing with this store. Go elsewhere.
I typically refrain from posting negative reviews, but my recent experience with Gozman Narellan has compelled me to share my disappointment. This is the third time I have received burnt chicken and uncooked rice in my order.I am truly disappointed with the consistent lack of quality.
I can’t believe it. The burrito I ordered was loaded with dried rice and a tiny bit of meat, no vegetables, no sauce and no cheese… I basically got a rice wrap.. never again
Fabulous Mexican restaurant , acos, buritos and so much more.nLocated on the outside of narellan mall with indoor and outdoor seating.nWheelchair accessiblenI particularly like that you can order just one taco , you don't have to get meal deals that can be expensive.nThey also serve beer, Corona and pacifico. If you've never had a pacifico, try one, it's the best beer.nI had one beef taco and a crispy chicken taco and they were amazing, I will definitely be back.nToilets are located just outside near the carpark.
The meal I had prepared by Zully around noon was disappointing. The chicken in my tacos was warm but lacked freshness, the fries were cold and devoid of any chipotle seasoning, and the queso sauce was unsatisfactory. When I received a replacement sauce, it had hardly any jalapeños, tasting primarily of cheese and flour. Overall, it was a very bland and poorly executed meal, not worth the $25 I spent.
