Customer service is so great at Mildura's GYG, the lovely lady with the long dreads is always so friendly and nice with a big smile even when I can tell they're super busy! If they ever miss anything they are so kind and offer to fix it. The food is also always fresh and delicious, and whenever I order extra's they always load it up so much which I truly appreciate. The place is always really clean, and I always have a great experience eating there. Even when I come late after work, the food is always 10/10 and the staff are still happy to greet you. Everyone there 100% deserves a raise! Best GYG ever.
Their taco was my favourite,I almost order 4,5 times weeklynBut I'm so confused about the std of quantity of ingredients control of it.nI'm order 4 of grill chicken hard shell taco,4 of $3 taco with large friesnUnfortunately when I open up the fries it was less than half cup,and taco was only can see few slices of lettuce and little of cheese it was always different of quality on it every time,But today was totally disappointed after I received.nHope can control on it the quality & quantity of ingredients.
I placed an order for two meals – a burrito fries bowl – both with avocado smash. When I opened the pack after driving 2.5 km to the park, I discovered that one of the meals was missing the avocado, and there were no forks or knives included. I had no choice but to drive all the way back to the store.nnWhen I explained the situation to the staff PAM JAIN instead of apologizing or fixing the mistake properly, they were rude and dismissive. They didn’t even offer the missing avocado, and when they finally handed me the cutlery, it was practically thrown at me.nnAbsolutely unacceptable service – careless with the order, no attention to detail, and extremely unprofessional staff attitude. Very disappointing.
Good customer service.nnI went there on a Friday evening and it was the biggest mistake due to a long wait. It took over 15 minutes for them to start making my order. If you want something fast, it's probably not the right decision on a Friday night.nnThe food is nice and was made fresh.
Our burritos were prepared promptly.nHowever, with close to 50% white rice I feel like they should offer an option for sweet and sour pork or Mongolian lamb . If you served a burrito like that in Mexico they'd send you off to the Sinaloa Cartel for the appropriate punishment. Shame.
