Food and service was on point at this business but it attracts immature teenagers to the food court so I’d recommend visiting another Guzman y Gomez. That’s Newcastle for you right? ‍

The Charlestown store is severely lacking in hygiene practices. Staff using phone then serving with the same glove. Chips are so stale they are inedible. Won't be back

Amazing food, great service and friendly staff, been here twice, good job.

I love this place! A huge range of choice, a little pricey but well worth it. I recommend the spicy pork burrito.

I asked for spice. I got not so nice. The lady really turned my simple order into that one Avril Lavigne song. Still didn’t get what I wanted after that ordeal. Big sad right now.
