Crowsnest branch is awesome . I like the way they treat to customers. Their service was very good. Will definitely come again and again for delicious Mexican food. Cali burritos is my favorite among all items.
Sorry GG Crows Nest, I've given you so many chances and you've consistently disappointed me. Don't get me wrong, your food tastes good, however, you always short change me by poorly filling your tacos and "LARGE" chips. My last order, yesterday, I ordered 3 X Fully Priced Tacos not the $3 ones - and they were so poorly filled, the chips were not even filled to the top of their container either. It keeps happening to me, almost every time I order from you. I've given up and can't order from you if you consistently short change me like this.
The food is decent enough but there has been a drastic reduction in the size of the large burrito, compared to a year ago. The nacho fries might be tasty but when half the container is missing, and at a high price, you have to ask if it’s really worth going here anymore..
Fairly inconsistent. Sometimes the food is good with right proportions but sometimes ingredients proportions are not right. 3/5 is just right. Attached picture: looks like they forgot to cut the vegetables
GYG always does fantastic burritos pulled beef for the win tacos minced beef and chicken for the win and chips. Been coming for the last few months and 9/10 times everything is awesome. The staff here are friendly and do a great job with each customer order in a very busy store.Recommended dishesCali Burrito
The food used to be good when there were some spanish speaking people there... they simply knew how the food is meant to be and taste. There is a new bunch of staff who certainly don't know what they're doing. The burrito was poorly rolled and the filling was just thrown in with no care. Also it was undercooked and cold. Oh and they cannot tell the difference between a soft and a hard taco!! Avoid yourself a disappointment.

Always been a customer of this branch since it's opened. I go to other branches too as I love the gyg food However the portion of the food Nacho fries is becoming less and less every time I come here lately. My most recent visit was 2days ago and there was barely half the portion it used to be. Hope it can be fixed
Just terrible and taking the piss. Food is bland and I bet their praying Chipotle doesn't come to Australia. Way overpriced for what you get $16 for chicken bowl. Pretty sure there were only 3-4 small square pieces. You ask for a simple request like drained beans they don't even listen.
Good service and good food. Is a bit busy though. Good sitting area around. Menu is good and fairly priced. I personally wanted to have a Cali Burrito in a bowl. The staff said it is similar to the Nacho Fries. Well, my Nachos fries has no naccos. It has chips, port filling, salsa and lots of chips. So i am a bit confused. Also their chips is not great. Anyway, would recommend to look into this once.
