Burnt chicken wrong order from online order and customer service hung up on me after explaining my problem with my meal. No sour cream or beef brisket added and sloppy tomatillo added when requested not be added. And they just hung up on me with no apologies and any kind of sympathy as my kids didnt eat the food that they asked for. I was calm cool and collected with them on the phone as I always remain respectful.  Find my myself annoyed now so doing a review. Wont be going back to this awful mess of a company.

Even though the place was completely empty with only 2 customers, my order was not prepared correctly. I ordered a spicy chicken bowl with specific sauces, but the sauces were missing and the it was cold and mild instead of spicy. It seems the staff did not listen carefully to my order.

Ordered a chicken burrito, but it had very little chicken in it. Disappointing, as the filling was mostly rice and salad. Expected much better value and consistency.

Ordered through app for deliverynIce cold fries. But main thing is no napkins no “ SPOONS “ at job site with my dirty hand how am i suppose eat my burrito bowl?nSo disappointed

Disappointed. Ordered the Chicken burrito bowl minus black beans. This is missing half my meal and it's clear by the few black beans hanging around  in there and the presentation,  that they made it with black beans and then removed them.  Looks like a dog's breakfast
