My friend and I have always enjoyed coming to THIS RESTAURANT for food and beer, but lately, the quality has been slipping. We’ve noticed a decline in the last couple of months. This time, the service started off well—our order was taken by a very nice lady. However, the food was cold, and the drinks didn’t arrive until 28 minutes after the food.nnWe ordered an extra bag of corn chips with guacamole, but when it came, the guacamole had black specks and cotton-like strings in it. I sent it back to the manager, but she never came to check in with us. We ended up finishing our drinks and some of the cold food, then left.nnThe restaurant itself wasn’t in great shape—tables were dirty, and we had to clean ours just to sit down. There was trash everywhere, and the employees looked tired, frequently taking breaks. The overall atmosphere was off. You can check the video from the time of our visit to see what I mean.nnI believe the management and staff could really benefit from some additional training in all aspects of service.

Can’t recommend this place highly enough. That’s mostly due to the fact I got a free burrito when I downloaded the GYG app. I tried to put my name on the app as José Jalepeño but the app said I “couldn’t use special characters” so I had to drop the é and ñ and just be Jose Jalepeno without the fancy squiggles above the letters. BOOOOOOOOOO.nnThe staff had my order ready quickly because there were about a thousand people working in the kitchen that day. Pretty impressive watching them Tetris around each other while moving so fast. FACT: Mexicans are limber.nnDespite having my order ready quickly they didn’t yell out the order number because I’m a white dude with a red beard and there wasn’t anyone else waiting who looked like a Jose Jalepeno, and definitely no one who looked like a José Jalepeño with the fancy squiggles. But when I asked at the counter if Jose’s order was ready, to their credit they only gave me a mild side eye before handing me my free burrito.nnI also got some of their chips... BRO... The chips are SO good. And you can splurt your own salsa into a little dippy cup, you can have as much salsa as you want. FACT: Mexicans are generous with the salsa.nnJosé Jalepeño will definitely be back.nnBONUS FACT: What do you call a small Mexican?n- Paragraph. Cos he’s not a full essay.

Place was buzzing with clients on Wednesday.  So busy indoor tables were full though plenty outside that are semi closed in.nService was fantastic and plenty of staff.  Given a number and food delivered to my table.nFood was tasty and filling. Build your own meal or order straight from board.

Took a takeaway order from here a day ago . It was a vege burrito bowl which really messy but that didn’t bother me .. when I ate 75% of the food I found beef in that .. it was really shocking as I am 100% vegan.. never coming back to them.

Can’t get a simple order of only 3 ingredients in a calli burrito. How hard is it to just have chicken rice and chips and nothing more. If anything the order should be more simple to understand especially when you have confirmed it to make sure it’s correct several times with several different people. If you want to charge that much for one burrito get the order CORRECT. It really shouldn’t be that hard.
