Extremely rude staff member at 8.30 on Sunday night. I showed her the notification on my app said ready. She said “no”. I said “no it really does, and showed her”, she pointed to the ticket on the wall as proof it wasn’t. 1. I was notified that it was ready when it wasn’t. 2 she Was totally unapologetic and rude when her app was at fault
Convenient location at the corner. Service was a bit slow during lunch time. Serving was smaller than other branches.
It’s the third bad experience I encountered at this place. Twice getting my order wrong. This time 11 Sep 2025 I had enough. It’s all about the service. Previous times I noticed the team gets distracted with chit chats. This time only one male employee attending, cooking, prepping orders. When asked if someone else was there he completely ignored me and initially acknowledged I was talking to him and the stopped addressing me. I’ve communicated to manager who was on site. Hope this can serve to improve the service, it’s just not worth a visit. Definitely a place a will not come back, I ordered my meal 9:30 and 10:00am it was still getting prepared.
Ordered delivery from this store and the coffee was shockingly bad! It was mostly diluted milk with a dash of coffee.nnThere’s no way that whoever made these 3 coffees didn’t know what they were doing. I am sure they’ve been given explicit orders by the owner to use as little coffee as possible and perhaps split it on multiple coffees.nnNever again.
Every single time i order uber eats and pay extra for condiments. They are always missing. We pay 40c extra for each one. For something that's free in store. And you still dont add them. Please read the orders
