I ordered a nachos with grilled chicken from drive through service. When I got home and opened up the food box, I was extremely disappointed. The box looks dirty from outside, the cheese is supposed to melt down on the corn chips which was stiff and dry. The corn chip was no longer crispy. Overall, the food was obviously not prepared with passion and professionalism. I was a fan of GYG for a long time but not sure if I would continue to support the restaurant.
I ordered a Veggie Burrito Bowl through the drive-thru, and to my shock, I found a piece of chicken in it! This was incredibly disappointing and disgusting, especially considering I specifically ordered a vegetarian option. It’s unacceptable that something like this happened. It shows a serious lack of attention to dietary preferences and food safety. I won’t be coming back after this experience.
I’m a regular at your franchise stores, and man there was this girl today that has too much attitude to be serving people. She needs proper training, or just needs to get fired. Completely hopeless. I’m Latino, and she might be as well.. maybe. I’ve been served by her a few times, and it’s been a revolting experience. If it helps, I was in at lunch time today 12pm, and she was in the takeaway window. Hope my feedback can provide some positive impact to increase her positivity in the workplace.
Honestly tonight is the last time I’m EVER ordering from here. The food portions were half the size they used to be and my taco order was literally a half filled taco. Not to mention the quality of the food has gone down hill. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Ordered salad and burrito bowls. Both were delicious. The regular portions are pretty small. We dined in at an off peak time with only another 2 tables. However our food took forever to come. We were told our food will be sent to our table. The table that came about 15 mins after us were served their meals first. Checked and our food was actually ready but sitting at the counter.
