I ordered a nachos with grilled chicken from drive through service. When I got home and opened up the food box, I was extremely disappointed. The box looks dirty from outside, the cheese is supposed to melt down on the corn chips which was stiff and dry. The corn chip was no longer crispy. Overall, the food was obviously not prepared with passion and professionalism. I was a fan of GYG for a long time but not sure if I would continue to support the restaurant.
I ordered a Veggie Burrito Bowl through the drive-thru, and to my shock, I found a piece of chicken in it! This was incredibly disappointing and disgusting, especially considering I specifically ordered a vegetarian option. It’s unacceptable that something like this happened. It shows a serious lack of attention to dietary preferences and food safety. I won’t be coming back after this experience.
I’m a regular at your franchise stores, and man there was this girl today that has too much attitude to be serving people. She needs proper training, or just needs to get fired. Completely hopeless. I’m Latino, and she might be as well.. maybe. I’ve been served by her a few times, and it’s been a revolting experience. If it helps, I was in at lunch time today 12pm, and she was in the takeaway window. Hope my feedback can provide some positive impact to increase her positivity in the workplace.
I recently dined at Guzman and Gomez in Malvern and was delighted by the exceptional food quality, on par with any other store. The staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond by serving us at the table and explaining the menu thoroughly.nnHowever, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the store and the lack of mise en place, which affected the overall atmosphere. At times, it felt disorganized as we had to walk around and ask other customers to share items with us. Overall, while the food and service were fantastic, improvements in cleanliness and organization would greatly enhance the dining experience.
If I could post 0 starts I would. I found multiple pieces of chicken in my veggie nachos. Absolutely disgusting, I’ll never order from another Guzman y Gomez store again.
