Got 2x cali burritos through drive through which took ages. We were on the go so pulled up to eat in the car and noticed both burritos were much skinnier than normal. We were hungry after waiting 20 mins so both took bites out and realised they were both 60% bread with hardly any filling at all. We have GYG relatively often and never seen such a skinny burrito. $15 each and they look like this, absolute joke. We went back and got them re made to the size they should be. I wasn’t going to review until I saw many others having the same issue. It wasn’t a once off mistake, the staff are obviously told to make portions skinny to make max profits. Disgusting
I went to your Malaga branch with my 16 year old daughter , we stood there completely ignored by staff for about 5 minutes until we were served ! Chap that served us was very nice and then we waited for our food for a reasonable amount of time but once the food was ready the lady there called out a number and I asked if it was mine as I wasn’t given a number and then she rudely told me it’s on my receipt which I wasn’t aware of as it was the first time I have ever been in store and I told her so and said the chap the served me didn’t give me a receipt,to which she responded rudely again “well next time get your receipt “ , maybe you should train your staff up better and teach them to give receipts out and not assume that customers know this and to give better customer service and not be so rude. At the end of the day we pay your wages.nVery disrespectful she was and I will definitely be going elsewhere from now on , really not good enough! Such a pity
I have to share this photo of my rice burrito. It was supposed to be beef. I believe it supposed to have tomato and beans through it as well and as far as beef brisket, it was missing in action, as you can see straight to the chook house with this one never again. don’t waste your money. I’m sure there’s better out there.
Took 7 tweens for an 11 year old birthday. Service was good. Kids loved the food. And just down the road from Malaga Rollerzone.nChurros all round.
Initial service was great. Then it took over 22 minutes to receive order in store checked receipt. The burritos had little filling and mostly rice. Chips were good. If you're trying to eat any time soon, go drive through or go elsewhere.
