They charge extra for public holidays but the way they serve the food was unbelievable. They served a big portion with a chunk of avocado peel in guacamole. Due to this I lost my appetite to eat. I spent 37$ for 2 nachos fry for what?nnThey served the food in less than a minute of ordering time. Now I am suspicious if they gave us the returned food or they just dumped everything in order to finish fast?
I was shocked when I opened my drivethrough order from Guzman Linden Park today: I found guacamole to be a big fat piece of unripe avocado! And they have the audacity to serve this! And charge extra public holiday surcharge! This is outrageous!
We’ve been to other GYG and enjoyed it. Our dinner last night was terrible. It was cold, tasteless, barely any meat, so much lettuce, everything looked thrown in and the girl serving me didn’t understand “no salsa”. She needed to ask 2 other staff members what I meant. It was very expensive with a terrible experience!
While waiting for my food in the drive through, I watched an employee through the window wipe her nose then with the same hand take a few corn chips out of a container and eat them, she did all of this knowing I was watching no less, as she looked back at me sheepishly a couple times. Having seen the blatant disregard for basic hygiene, I physically couldn't eat my meal after.nThis occurred on the14/01/2024, roughly at 5.50PM.nI will never eat here again as a result.
Me and my partner ordered through the drive through today - 25/11 at about 3:30pm. The guy that served us was really friendly and had great customer service. Just want to give positive feedback where it’s due - and I hope the feedback gets back to him. We need more positivity these days. Thanks :
