The food was good, though the bowel was just okay. I liked the chips and absolutely loved the hard-shell tacos. This location is open-air, so it was quite hot when I ate here this summer.
Used order from here all the time, in person, via the GYG app and user other food delivery platforms. In the last three months the service and quality of food has severely gone down hill. Portion sizes have reduced by at least 30%, yet prices have remained the same. Every single order I have placed, something that was added was missing: no sauce 40 cents per serve additional cost, no guacamole $2.20 per additional cost, not extra chicken $3++. We pay and they don’t add the extra items. The quality has also gone downhill. They slop the ingredients on without draining thr excess moisture out of it and so now it is no longer GYG quality, it’s just like every other Mad Mex and Zambreros run for a visa grab where quality is compromised to cut costs. The staff are also rude and unenthused. Very disappointed and I won’t be ordering from here again.
Hi team I have ordered enchilada and it is missing guacamole on top as well as pico de gallo is misssing from it on top. As you can see in picture as well as add on sour cream is missing. It’s dry and pathetic. Uber eats order no 16935 20 Jan
Stopped in for a quick bite. Ordered the veggie nacho fries, asked for no mushrooms…. It came out with mushrooms, I returned it and asked for a new one without mushrooms.. waited a total of 40mins for them to bring out another one with mushrooms.. I understand if it can’t be done without them but why not just say that? Ended up throwing away the food as I no longer had time to wait. Waste of time and money! Also something to note: pigeons in the tables eating food scraps & staff not cleaning off the tables before new patrons sit down..
My partner and I both ordered the cali burrito, bit into them and they were cold after only a 5 minute drive home. We opened them up and realised why… the chips in the burrito were FROZEN still. They didn’t bother to cook them. An expensive burrito in the first place and inedible.
