We picked a team for EOM snacks/lunch, Mexican it was! We ordered online and was able to pick up lunch with less than a 5 min wait. Everyone were happy little mexican jumping beans. Pan Seared Barramundi Burrito Bowl Mild $11.50 Sautéed Barramundi in GYG’s Mojo de Ajo marinade with Pico de Gallo.
Had the mini chicken buritto bowl and chips. Chips were stale and dry. Burito bowls are good however the no longer offer complimentary onion, jalapeno and coriander anymore.
So far this is my favorite GYG, food always fresh and tasty. Coming two to three times a week and never disappointed. Customer service wise, amazing. Very friendly staff and their manager Rocco, outstanding. Definitely I’ll keep my routine coming back. Vegetarian options: Being able to have tasty food following my plant based diet is definitely a deal breaker.
Placed an order online to collect via the app, received notification meal was ready to collect, arrived and ... my meal wasn't ready. From receiving app notification to collection was 32minites. Also, they ran out of tomato salsa ... which is pretty poor. Oh and you wouldn't believe this - they also ran out of beef! My partner and I were told to get a refund we had to request via the app. Staff were rude but hey they were 'busy' and we did see another 2 customers during our 30 minute wait, such is life. Save your hard earned money folks or give it to a company that actually wants to make $$.
Not as good as other G&G restaurants. I ordered my burrito spicy, it was mild, I ordered it with sour cream, it was nowhere to be seen, I ordered it with fresh jalapenos, weren't there, I ordered it with smokey Chipotle salsa, guess what? Yep, wasn't there. Please up your game guys!Food: 1/5
This is one of the friendliest places to get consistently tasty Mexican food. I strongly recommend the breakfast menu. Genuinely warm hearted staff Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible from street level by wheel chairs via ramps
I have been coming to this GYG often and I can tell so far it's one of the best ones. The customer service is great, everyone is really friendly and the food always warm and perfect amount.
Took a while to find it as I didn't realise where the location was as part of Eat Street, which has several entrances. I had a mild chicken burrito. Fell apart a bit at the bottom, but was delicious. I'll definitely be back for more now I've found it.
It’s been a while since I’ve been to Guzman y Gomez and my recent visit suggests I shouldn’t leave it so long between visits in future. Alas my favourite protein, spicy steak, has been removed from the menu which put me off guard but quickly selected the beef mince nachos. I was impressed that you now have an option in meal size and the small was perfect. It’s good to see all the toppings are still there and I loaded up on Tabasco, coriander and onions. The nachos were delicious, the corn chips remained crispy under the generous topping. It’s nice to see the produce still being freshly made to order and free from many additives. It’s my favourite takeaway at Northpoint
Food is amazing and staff friendly, I was served by Rocco and his big smile! I will be definitely returning.
