I ordered take away two nacho fries with slow cooked beef and ground beef last Friday. However, they forgot to include the slow cooked beef and gound beef in our meal. It has happened many times they usually forget something In my meal. Please be aware and check your meal before taking it in case they forget something.Food: 1/5
Where is the rest of the filling? Placed an order through Uber Eats for 3 soft shell taccos, grilled chicken, pulled pork and ground beef. Firstly all three were crammed into a small box. The chicken and pulled pork ones were full with the fillings but the ground beef had nothing in it, like a teaspoon of beef a couple bits of tomato and a few bits of lettuce. I even checked the box and the bag it came in thinking that maybe it had just fallen out but no, that was all they had put in it. Not so happy with the quality and portion of this order.
Just order a bowl and ask for add avacado and veggies .i paid $14.90. Which seems lyk they forgot to put . called the number and no one answered yet, drop a voicemail hopefully someone may contact as i am after my AVAVCADO thnks
My first visit to an outlet of this chain, I must say I was pleasantly surprised.. I had a regular sized chicken enchilada with the usual trimmings and chili. It was well priced for what I recieved and the size was just fine plenty big enough for a filling lunch. I will return.
I wouldn't eat at the restaurant itself but it's well maintained, I just don't like the atmosphere of being next to the high way and main road. It is a super convenient location though and even though they get lots of clients they are able to move fast. Food is like all GYG, although once they fed me something cold that was supose to be hot.
Great convenient location for drive through takeaway that's healthier than most! Bit of an awkward lot for many cars when it's busy very crammed so they could utilise the waiting bays a bit more to prevent this but generally great fast service.
Drive through service for a pulled pork enchilada. Pleasantly surprised that it was much warmer than I had anticipated for drive through. Made it very enjoyable.Food: 4/5
This place is as good as any Guzman. My only gripe is that they do not use the waiting bays for the drive thru. It means you can get stuck in the drive thru if one or two people order large orders. Which is no fun. Vegetarian options: The options they provide are quite delicious. Parking: Parking is sub-optimal because it backs straight onto where cars sometimes wait in the drive thru line.
Got a churros Sundae I NEVER thought I’d be tasting onions and savoury food as I bit through the churro.. it was absolutely foul. Staff obviously don’t change their gloves when they handle dessert. Disgusting and waste of money
I understand its 9:45pm, but that doesn't mean you get to be slack and mess up orders through the drive-thru. 'Sour Cream' sounds nothing like 'Pickled Jalapenos'
