Disgusted to find out the " satay vegetables" option is just cooked onion and 2 pieces of capsicum. Horrified and wont be back.

Not a good experience; rice gave me tummy ache. Reported this straight away. I like Guzman very much and this was a first, but the customer service to correct the issue didn’t give a full refund for the total value - it did offer a free mini burrito however.

Slow service and on the expensive side but is very tasty and satisfying

Meh, kinda expensive for what you actually get. I ordered a chicken salad and got sauce with about 50grms of chicken and a bit of salad mix. Perhaps don't drown the salad in sauce next time....actually forget that, I won't be back.

Customer service should be with Smile not so serious  but the overall rating is tooooo satisfied
