Mince Nachos was good friendly service food came out 5 minutes after we ordered

First time we had tried Guzman, what a huge disappointment. First up had customer complaining of wrong ingredients given, young lady behind counter was dismissive of mistake.  Ordered our meal said we would eat in, came out as a takeaway. Really lucky we ate their as meal was near cold we had reg bowl with slow cooked beef & mini bowl with slow cooked beef.  Spoke to young lady to just let them know it wasn't hot and got an oh OK. We werent complaining just advising them. She didn't pass onto the kitchen staff.  We then spoke to manager and it was oh that isn't good will talk to kitchen. No apologies nothing was offered.  Will never go back to this store, would be eating Guzman again.

Very friendly staff. Service with a smile by lovely Brie.  Had a minced beef enchilada as a meal with fries & drink. Received complimentary mayos and large fries. Also complimentary churros. Enchilada could have been hotter though. Alas no coffee. However coffee can be   obtained at Gelatissimo next door. Will come again.

Really poor customer experience compared to Chipotle. They need to build your burrito to order in front of the customer - not hidden down back. Food was v average, service not friendly, outside seating shabby and needs a deep clean. Won't be back.Food: 2/5

Gotta love GYG app rewards. I had 10 GYG dollars in the app.  Flying solo while the kids were enjoying kids free movie night. So I ordered a mini mild chicken burritto bowl on brown rice and with a few extra toppings, lettuce, red onion and corriander, medium chips and drink.  The meal was fresh, tasty and flavoursome. Lots of options, burritos, bowls, salads, beverages, sweet options of churros, and ice cream.  Have always found the staff friendly, and working hard. It was a busy night but theu got through the orders pretty good.  Good amount of seating, in and out. Lots of parking in the centre. Toilets down the side between GYG and Sushi Train.

The service was excellent! I ordered small fries but got large by accident, they said not to worry and don't change me. Excellent restaurant clean and good atmosphereFood: 5/5

I know right franchise business but it's so my go too ppl's,, easy fast & I'm off wheat, no more Macca's, KFC. Trusty old Gomez for this BigMaMaa as I'm on my Harley cruz'nn taking some more pix for GoggleMaps & having a dip into that inviting ocean. This Gomez is just 5mins for the ocean. I give 5* cuz I'm always buying it on the run. It's not fancy but simple & easy & who doesn't love Mexican  food come on guys. In where the Kawana Plaza is & hey while your there check out the Plaza, so many things to check out + other food choice as well

Big fan of Guzman just not this location and sadly this wasn't the first time we have had a bad experience at Kawana, half our toppings missing, drink was hot and waited forever. While we were there other 2 people complained as well. Not great, don't like leaving bad reviews but tried to address with the manager and did not get a good response.

I've really enjoyed GYG in the past but after this experience we will not be getting it again. A terrible burrito bowl with no toppings and grey fatty meat. So disappointing! I gave it 2 stars as the GYG chips are nice.

Awesome service. Food was made quick and tasted delicious. The staff made sure it was all ready at the same time despite there being a big group of us. Brooke was a great server and even brought our food to the table for us. Will definitely go again :
