I only ordered one item: some queso fries. and apparently that was too hard for them to get right. They tried giving me regular fries. I had to wait another 5 minutes for the smallest queso fries ive ever had.
Good food and good price, great for a quick bite and don't have to worry about eating unhealthy.
Food was good however the girl at the counter was rude . No greeting at all. Angry face ,It felt like she was doing a favour to customers by working.
went out for Mexican meal the other day, the burritos was fresh and so good, definitely one of my fav local Mexican places
Have been to numerous GYG's and i will always come back to this store. The staff are all friendly but Hui needs a special mention he is AMAZING, Ive never received customer service like i have from him. He is a real asset to GYG team. The food doesnt even need a mention because it is always fresh and delicious.
2x enchiladas, was a fantastic service experience from start to finish! Thanks to Hui for making the whole experience so so great. Definitely keep him on staff here, he is an asset to your team and atmosphere.
This is the best Mexican food I have had in a long time. Could not believe how delicious everything was and was v close to buying seconds. The staff here are so lovely and helpful, I had one young woman who suggested I try the vegan Mex chimi mayo and I'm so glad I did it was just so so so good. Such a cool place.
The thing I love about Guzman Y Gomez is the experience is the same regardless of the sites you're in. Springfield staff are awesome, big genuine smiles and friendly. Food is awesome but that doesn't need to be said. Store is always clean and tidy. Very well looked after.
