$3 tacos had no filling, with small amount of meat, some lettuce and pretty much nothing else. Topped off with incorrect order with only 1 in 6 Tacos spicy. What is going on?? More like a 10c taco.
Late evening. Did not understand cashiers english she called her friend who looked at me like I'm stupid the whole time. Short basic responses. Not explained ordering steps to a newcomer. Only offered chicken or beef. Looked at the menu after to find 5 meat options available. Overall poor service & little meat in burrito
Great and delicious food and pretty quick service. However, when I ordered chicken nachos, they accidentally put mince instead of chicken, but I told them and they were kind and helpful and quickly made me a new one. Great customer service!
I order a beef burrito and large chips. I get the chips in a bag and the burrito by itself, which I think is pretty stupid. I put the burrito in the bag and on my way home it rips and my chips go all over the ground. Get better bags. The burrito had very little meat inside and the chips are awful. 1/10.
Menu log order. Delivery left at front gate. Kids nachos never comes with lettuce I pay for. 3 times now. I should know better by now. Queso was grey. No Jalapeños. No spice. Bin. Burrito. Had no sauce, none of the extras I asked for. In edible. Bin. Was so poor in quality I had to throw out order. I love Guzman and eat it regularly. Manly Wharf restaurant is consistently bad though. Was given refund for extras missing. Food was terrible!!!!
Super disappointed with how down hill GYG Manly has gone.. Ordered pull beef nachos and was given pulled pork. I had to give to my roommate as I cannot eat pork. Have noticed beans and meat are consistently sparse too, even though prices have gone up. This is the second time I’ve been left disappointed. Please someone save our Manly Guzman!
I tried California burrito with hot chips first time and it was delicious. The portion are big and the price is right and service was fast as well. For me the best first experience at Manly location: Vegetarian options: They offer vegetarian options. Kid-friendliness: Kids seems to love the food.
We ordered our favourite foods plus minus loads of Extras and all came out perfectly and in 3min despite a huge huge demand! Great work ..and always excellent food :Food: 5/5
not generous with portioning, my bowl was missing alot of ingredients. the chicken was burnt and the chips were cold.
Little meat in burrito. Not spicy. Customer service could be better. Noticed it happens with the whole GYG not just this one tho.
