We like to turn up at 2:30-3pm, when no one is around. The food takes 5min- If that! The staff are calm & we don't have to check our meals! We know it's going to be right! Even a small salad is stacked! Look at all the guacamole! The Only ONLY reason I give 4 stars is because I always ask for extra sour cream or no spice but there is a tiny dribble of sour cream & I think the food is just going to be too spicy for me so I either have to deal with it or have a tub ready at home! It's too yummy to give up! I love GyG! Parking: There are a few other stores along side GyG that might be using a few carparks but generally there will be space. There might also be room on the shoulder of the road out the front of the store, if I remember.

Food was pretty average. I haven't had GYG for a while and it wasn't as good as I remembered. I ordered the nachos and it was pretty bland. The music was way too loud - could barely have a conversation. Cleaning products were left out in the dining area. The lady at the counter who talked to me was polite though. Won't be back again.

Had this tonight as a change of pace. Let me just say, Oh my goodness, they were the best chips I genuinely think Ive ever eaten in my life, they barely survived the drive home. The burrito was really good too! And the tacos are bigger and more stuffed than I expected, I'm glad I only got one to try, and tasty to boot! Staff were very polite, friendly and fast with the online order! Overall I think I this might be my new go to for a "don't want to cook" kind of night. Parking: Heaps of parking and the driveways entrance is the right on the main road, but actually through the intersection off it, so no need to worry about getting rear ended or waiting forever to get out/in! Dietary restrictions: The ability to customise each individual product within the online ordering was really easy and it showed all the ingredients in each selection while you still scrolled down the page!

After seeing all their new stores popping up we decided to give them a try. What a mistake. Possibly the most tasteless Mexican food I/we have ever had. I ordered a spicy burrito & had to take it back & ask that they please add even a little sauce. If you like paying for plain rice & a pile of beans with so little else you might like this style of Mexican. I prefer something with taste & flavor. The service was great. However this was our first & last visit. My wife left most of hers on the plate for their garbage bin & I took most of mine home to see if it improves in taste overnight. I have my doubts. What a huge disappointment & waste of money. We won't be back.

Marginal. I stood waiting to be served at the register by myself for about 3 minutes, which is an eternity. I ordered the big breakfast burrito, plus a hash brown and small coffee. The food came quickly, and the breakfast burrito was indeed big, but the coffee must have been made in a nuclear reactor because even 20mins later it was still too hot to drink. For $15 or so next time I will be making a different breakfast on the run choice. Oh and the ice-cream machine was broken so I could try the ice-cream which was absolutely plastered everywhere as being new and available.

Had the worst service at Guzman y Gomez Albany Creek. Place an order through their App at 5:40 for a 6:35 pick up. My wife called in on her way home from work to collect. Walked into the restaurant and was rudely told pick ups were at the window outside. As she did place the order, we sent her a text with the order which she did not get until after she was on the pick up queue. When she asked if she could collect the order via name she was rudely told no. No order number no pickup. After handing the order number to the waitress at 6:33 she was told that pick up was at 6;35 and to sit down and wait. 20 minutes later no order was made due to an error with their system. No communication was passed on to alert the waiting customers outside. All round a poor experience.

Staff are friendly. Food is terrible. We asked for spicy and it was bland. I had chicken enchilada. It was huge but only filled with rice and some beans. I had to find the chicken . When I did it was burnt and dry. My wife's spicy beef nachos was also very bland. Really disappointing food.

Such a fantastic fast and easy way to get a meal. Food is always lovely, and the staff are super helpful if you have never been and are not sure on what to get! Drive thru is very quick, though I do recommend downloading the GYG app and you can order through and set a pick up time. Vegetarian options: I am personally a vegetarian and have tried a couple of the options. The newer shredded mushroom is lovely but you cannot beat their vegetables in a burrito!

The hard shell tacos have far to much seasoning on them, to salty, and I love salt. The ingredients are delicious just cut back on the coating on shells please.

First of all, the food came out completely wrong, paid for 3 but only got two, could be someone else's order. Had to leave straight away without opening a bag from drive-through. It wasnt worth driving back. There were so many eggshells in Breakfast burrito that I took a few bites and put them in the trash. Worst experience ever!
