Terrible service! Terrible soggy burrito, had to send it back twice . The manager has just inspired me to never visit their store ever again!
Staff was alright but the manager looks lost & very rude too. Don’t know how to do customer service. Food was pretty dry & bland ground beef in particular. & it wasn’t even during busy hours. I’ve been to many other GYG stores in Melbourne but only this one in highpoint shopping centre is bad. still giving one star.
Such an amazing place to dine the entire team are all so friendly and caring. Doing that little bit extra for families and little ones. Krystel and Jay!!
came during the super hectic sunday and the staff were super lovely regardless of how busy they were. amazing food and very clean, highly recommend.
Food was fine but the service at highpoint was terrible. Girl didn't offer sauces and didn't tell us where to sign in. When I went back to ask for some sauces the guy was rude.
