Will never order from this place again, nearly $40 worth of tacos and I basically got empty shells. What a complete rip off, id suggest everyone stay away from this place unless you want to be ripped off.

Disgusting food and disgusting restaurant Would not recommend, don’t get me started on those birds that roam around their kitchen and utensils and on the tables. Yuck! Very bad service too.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I had on Sunday late afternoon. As soon as I entered I didn't get a greeting -- it wasn't a welcoming vibe. I was served by a girl with blonde hair who was hesitant to take my order. I ordered a large nachos meal I initially wanted a medium but she didn't bother to ask  that should have taken roughly about 10 mins. They had me waiting for about 10-20mins. The customer that had ordered a larger order after me had his ready. While mine WASN’T DONE---THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHERE MY ORDER WAS. The girl who served me was too busy having a good chat instead of preparing my food. She saw me approaching and then decided to have her back turned towards me.  Another staff saw me waiting and asked if I needed any help. I told her I was wondering if mine was done since I saw the guy after I had his order. She looked at the back kitchen and the system and saw that my order WASN’T even THERE. Finally, when she couldn't find it she asked the girl that served me where it was. Her response "I don't know" how can you not know???! You’re the one that had taken my order. The staff kept going back and forth to find my order. I was fed up with the whole situation so I asked for a refund and to speak to their manager.  I hope the manager takes further action and ensures all staff understand that behaviour is not tolerated. You don't need to like your customers but you should treat them right especially when they've paid and are waiting.  This whole experience was horrible. It doesn't deserve a star. I won't be coming back and will stick to Parra my nearby GYG restaurant. -------And I wasn't even that hungry :/

I didn’t want to give 1 star because of the poor service from this store via menu log. I waited hours and don’t understand why they accept the order if the don’t have the drivers. I missed lunch and am left with no appetite after the experience. It’s seems like managers just aren’t held accountable and my time can never be gained back. I am turned off Mexican food.

Just paid $40 for a couple of burritos and a “large” chips cup size + one drink Would be alright if good, but the burritos were mainly mushed  up rice, very little meat, tomato, avocado, virtually non existent coriander and onion. I threw the rest in the bin. We only treat ourselves to take away on rare occasions. Definitely feeling ripped off and disappointed.

Took almost 20 mins to get our takeaway order. Wasn't busy at all and 3 people who ordered after us got their food before us despite them having a bigger order. When i enquired was told they were waiting on fries  yet 2 of those that got their food before us had fries.

The food is fine, but this is the second time I have to wait so long for the food, I may aswell have cooked it at home.  I get that you can't be as fast as other food joints, but I had to wait 25 minutes for a standard order tonight...  the time before that, it was worse still.  ---- Strike that. The food was not fine. To add insult to injury, the food was cold.

I ordered 3 of the same pulled beef boritos and very disappointed, too fatty, no flavour no toppings. Not buying from there again. I'll spend my money elsewhere next time

you would expect to get a full takeaway container of queso fries considering they were 6 dollars opened the container and my friend and i laughed in absolute shock because of how little there was, you could see half of the bottom of the container.. bit disappointed

Never had such bad experience with Mexican food, thought to try after lot of FM advertisement but absolute wastage of money. Spicy isn't spicy at all and mild is tasteless.
