I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent experiences with both delivery and pick-up orders. Unfortunately, each time I’ve ordered, there’s been an issue with my order, particularly when it comes to special requests like not including tomatoes in my burrito.nnWhile I appreciate the opportunity to resolve the issue in person when I pick up the order, I rely on delivery for convenience, and it’s been frustrating to spend money on an order I can’t fully enjoy because of the mistake. On this occasion, I spent $30 on a burrito that I couldn’t eat, because I can't have tomatoes. Please do something about it so your guys can read the labels and make the orders accordingly.
When ordering online the meals were tiny, we ordered 9 soft tacos, not much filling and next to no meat it was more like a smear...the photo provided are of the 3 soft tacos the main meals were more like an entree.. the kids meal were average with more rice than anything else in the burrito. I ordered for 2 teens and 3 young children cost over $130.00 and still it wasn't enough to fill them, both times have been a let down, unfortunately we won't be back in-store or online.
Air con is cold and staff will bend over backwards to ensure you have great food and everything is amazing!nIt was mothers day and even though my number was about 30 from what was being called the atmosphere made the wait feel like I didn't even wait! Great place, wish it was a bit cheaper but can't complain when everything else is 10/10
Ordered online Thursday night I got home and had no chicken in my burrito bowl, tried to phone to fix what could be a mistake no answer, phone twice no answer and logged an email still no response. Incredibly disappointing, failed on all levels. Care factor starts from head office.nHave a friend that ordered the same night and was missing part of her order.
Unfortunately my last lot of orders i have received the food has not been up to par.nnChips have been cold, the nacho fries chips soggy & cold, chicken overcooked - all you can taste is a charred / burnt taste and soft beef nachos each time has had large chunks of fat in the meat which is horrible & really not enough tomato, lettuce & cheese.nnI use to order from here all the time, not anymore. When you’re spending around $27-$35 for a meal, you’d expect it to be decent enough to eat. Think i’m done which is a shame as the food use to be so good when it was freshly cooked, hot & tasty.
