I'm a long time customer and need of a job and applied at 3 location I haven't heard from anyone I even sent a email to Hola at GYG with a generic response. I'm a hard worker and looking for shifts please better your recruitment process so if applicant's are not successful they need to know within a reasonable time frame. Hope GYG is qual employment opportunities
I ordered home delivery and didn't receive my full order. When I rang the Rutherford branch their team leader Zac blamed the menu log delivery driver for stealing and said he would look into it at a later date. The bag is sealed at the top and there were no signs of tampering. We pay for food and delivery and expect the service we pay for. After saying I ordered food for dinner tonight and expect the service I paid for tonight, he hung up on me. This is very poor service and compensation will be expected
Appalling customer service 3 emails no response website order said didnt work took my money x 4 no food x no way to contact x no response disgusting.
Let me tell you first I tried not to right this bad review but constantly bad service make me write this. No doubt food is excellent but customer service is so poor can't even rate single star on that. If you are not able handle your customer nicely no matter how good is your food but one day your business gonna shut down. I done an online app order doesn't go through and said will refund my money and then deduct my money haven't received refund yet. Staff don't know English well at your Logan hyperdome store in Brisbane and so rude they don't know how to serve customer. I am regular customer of Guzman y Gomes but seems now have to find an option. However will never return to your store in future again. And I am calling your head office no one responding or not even calling me back. What's going on there..?? If you can't handle your customer don't do business.
Great food - always fresh and clean tasting. World Square store is spotless and the staff are terrific - so helpful and friendly. And their breakfast burrito is just wow!
Though GYG has promising food, they really do need to work on delivering on quality customer service via improved franchisee involvement! If they cannot get franchisees to ensure quality service then GYG should own all of their stores completely so policies are carried out strictly according to company stipulation. I complained to head office regarding the treatment I got from one of their stores. All head office did was give me bonus points in my gomex account for all my trouble. However this doesn't encourage me to keep coming back especially if staff attitude towards me hasn't changed as it feels uncomfortable coming into the store. What if there are only 2 stores in your town owned by the same franchisee? Where else will you go? Their Chief Marketing Officer, Anna, stated that was all they could do, insisted the matter was resolved, and that " I SHOULD STOP SHOPPING WITH GYG! " The last statement especially was unbelievable. Policies and procedures should be in writing and proactively addressing all customer issues by sitting down with the customer, exchanging ideas, and resolving problems ensuring the customer is 100% satisfied and happy. Grievance procedures should be detailed and in writing and transparent to the customer. I'm sure Burger King follows high quality customer service procedures. Maybe they can be a model for GYG. Importing and hiring staff from Latin America maybe create problems for customers due to cultural differences and having written procedures in place helps eliminate problems of disrespectful behaviour, dishonesty, cheating the customer, and of showing no manners please see my review for GYG Canberra Centre Branch. Individuals originating from developing countries will find it difficult to cope with local customs. Finally if GYG doesn't learn how to control the behavior of their South American staff, it's staff will ruin GYGs reputation.
Visited the broadway outlet on Saturday. Just let me tell you that the women serving at 3pm had a rude personality. I asked for 2 bags and the filthy she gave us was unforgivable. Then I told her about the condiments bar being out of sauce and she just shrugged me off like to say yep go F yourself I'm not dealing with it not my problem. Then when I asked her if she is gonna fill it up she continued to serve other customers. Just know Guzman Y Gomez that the variety in Broadway is huge, I could have taken my interest elsewhere. I will not return to your store. It was rubbish service and if looks could kill she would have done so. Not happy
Been a very loyal customer since the first shop opened in Bondi. Go there almost twice a month with my family Tonight I took my family for a meal and I am extremely disappointed. The service was just ....guess let’s not go there The food was just .... again let’s not go there The COST .....again let’s not go there The App ...again let’s not go there. A waste of money and time. Can tell you I ended up throwing my meal in the bin after the first bite Never going back to eat at this outlet again however on the very next weekday I am going to seek a full refund plus plus plus. Will post my feedback after I speak to HO
Still waiting to speak to a human being. Obviously head office doesn't care for customer feedback or satisfaction.
Avoid the Caloundra store even if your life depends on it! Terrible quality food, shocking customer service, and dirty store. It either needs a clean out of staff or shut down, as it won't survive in its current state....
