I waited 19 minutes after ordering to get a single burrito.nI checked in multiple times for my order. They somehow missed it or gave it to someone else, when they finally realised I'd asked enough times that maybe they need to actually check on it. Totally useless system. When I finally got it, it came with a mild apology, not even a bonus to say sorry. And when I firstly got to eat it, it was missing extra ingredients that I'd paid extra for I didn't realise this into I got home 10 minutes later. Flavourless, boring, massively overpriced - $20 for mostly rice and a tortilla, and some bland beef mince and a small shred of lettuce. Where the hell was the pico de gallo?nnYou've got electronic signage, why not add one for order numbers that are ready?!?
I liked this place I ordered before the enchilada cause I like it. I ordered mild enchilada and they sent me the enchilada with spicy sauce on topI don’t eat spicy and I called and talk to the manager to change it and the only option was me to go there to change it because the restaurant mistake :/ and they ‘offered’ me a free fries. unfair. at least take care of the customer.
I bought 100$ worth of food. In which I had ordered 5 tacos vegetarian, spicy, no guacamole. I paid nearly 25$ for tacos and this is what I get. No tomatoes, just lettuce and cheese… what the hell is this. I asked 3 times to driveway staff, re check the order. She said she did. But what kind of checking was that. I ordered chips. There’s no chips in the meal.
Genuinely the WORST GYG in Adelaide, offering a consistently horrible experience. Good luck trying to complain- they don’t answer their phones, and GYG’s online support doesn’t respond to emails.nnOne of several bad experiences, most recently we ordered two caeser cali burritos for around $36. These things were comically small, practically a maccas snack wrap but way more expensive. One of them was smaller than the other. The burritos were empty of ingredients and dry, the first half was eating folded flat bread and some stands of lettuce.nnThe management and staff are terrible at their jobs. Don’t waste your money on this literal trash.
Got cali burrito. $16.60. Was tiny would’ve though I ordered a small. Took them ages to make, not sure what could’ve taken so long.. not sure if this is gyg’s bs serving sizes or just Glandore but wouldnt come back
