Honestly, this is the worst Guzman y Gomez I’ve ever been to. The quality was extremely disappointing and definitely not what you expect from the brand. The food was poorly prepared, and to make things worse, I found a hair in my nacho fries, which is completely unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. It made me lose my appetite immediately.nnI asked for a replacement, but even that was disappointing — the new nacho fries had barely any sauce and lacked flavour, which just added to the frustration.nnThis isn’t even a one-off experience. I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this location before, and it’s clear there are ongoing issues with both food quality and consistency. It really puts a bad name on Guzman y Gomez as a whole, because I know other locations can be much better.nnBasic cleanliness and food handling standards clearly aren’t being met here, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. I won’t be coming back unless serious improvements are made.nnBelow are attached photos of the hair and the little splotch of sauce I got on my replacement.
Lately it feels like your growing popularity is coming at the cost of service and portion sizes. The chicken portions seem to be getting smaller every time I visit. On top of that, the night staff looked very unprofessional. I saw staff eating while serving customers and packing food without gloves. That’s not acceptable for a food business. Really disappointing.
Man the midnight staff, have they been like not trained at all? I have been standing out to pick up an order for 25 freaking MINUTES! This is 1:30 AM on a Tuesday btw. Above all no sense of urgency, + guy doesn’t even wanna listen or see when I knock. As an uber eats driver, we are supposed to deliver food but if the restaurant is taking sm time then who’s responsible?
Went through the Guzman y Gomez drive-thru and got served by Stevi, who was genuinely hilarious. Ordering a burrito turned into a comedy show, and I nearly forgot what I came for because I was laughing too hard in the car. Food was fresh, fast, and somehow tasted better after the entertainment. 10/10 for the meal, 11/10 for Stevi’s drive-thru stand-up routine.
Franco provided outstanding customer service at Guzman y Gomez Fairy Meadow. As soon as I walked in, he greeted me with a friendly attitude and was very attentive. He was super efficient, helpful, and made the whole experience quick and enjoyable. It’s great to see staff who genuinely care about customer service. Thanks, Franco, for the excellent service—I’ll definitely be back!
