Ordered ahead of time through the app, still took another 10mins waiting in drive through. Ordered 4 of the $3 hard tacos and got soft… not happy. Not the first time they have got my order wrong, with this GYG it seems to be a 50/50 chance to whether they mess it up or not. The staff need desperate training on how to make the menu items correctly. Last time I ordered nacho fries and added jalapeños, after the first 2 bites were purely jalapeños I thought they must all be on one side, when I went to mix them in there was soooo many! After digging them out there were over 30 jalapeños, it was like half a jar… very extreme.

I have had more poor experiences at this restaurant than I haven't. I won't go into extensive detail this time as I will just let the attached image speak for itself. This is a $6 taco. This is how much meat was on the whole thing. I paid $6 for lettuce and a tortilla.nDon't waste your time or money on this place.

Time and time again I visit this store and leave utterly disappointed. Time and time again I think to myself surely they have got it together by now but looking at all the recent bad reviews they have not. I ordered $3 tacos, looks like I’ve ended up with tacos and lettuce nothing else. Pretty much impossible to stuff up but you still managed. Cheers

I ordered the beef brisket nachos and it came with next to no brisket, but instead disgusting chunks of fat. Do not recommend this GYG, whenever I have ordered here something is wrong with the order. Won’t be back again.

Ordered a beef quesadilla through drive through.nWhich came out with a soggy fatty oily meal. The tortilla was so soggy it just feel apart. Was throw together by someone who doesn’t care or don’t want to be at work. It was so oily it was dripping through the bag and even had hand marks of oil. Didn’t give a tissue in bag so was left with a sloppy mess . I was giving this location another chance as I had bad experience last time with the tacos. I recommend to Head a few minutes down the road to Capalaba to save on the hassle.
