Unfortunately, they left my pico off.  I ordered extra.  Not the first time this store has forgotten things in my order.  I tried to call for a solution but phone rang out.  It was still ok, but yeah not great.

Im so sick of this horrendous pathetic excuse of a Gyg. I ordered a doordash order and paid for express so my kid could have a quick bite to eat before work - I was delayed by half hour and then I get my dinner and it’s not only half full out missing half the toppings …

I know it's a 3 dollar taco but it should not be a game of find the beef. Once again another dissapointing meal from gyg you are fast becoming my not to go to Mexican. It is just a bit embarrassing to serve up this.

As a Hindu, consuming beef goes against my deeply held religious beliefs, and this error has caused me significant distress.nnIt is unacceptable that such mistakes were made twice, which suggests a lack of attention and professionalism from your staff. I ordered four bowls this weekend through the app, but only three were delivered. All the other items in the meal arrived, except for one bowl. The deliveries are handled through Uber Eats, and now they’re investigating the issue, which might result in a refund. However, that’s not what I wanted.nnThe refund policy is frustrating. I wanted the missing item delivered, not a refund. If I have to place another order, I’ll need to pay the delivery fee again, and the minimum order amount is $25. It feels pretty convenient for them to miss an item, as I’ll end up paying even more if I reorder.nnI’m very disappointed with this experience, especially since it was my first time ordering from this store. Based on this, I’ll probably avoid ordering from here again.
