I’m a big fan of gyg which usually has great food and pricing that goes hand in hand with well filled burritos, tacos and bowls. Although, I received 3 tacos tonight to share with friends and they were pretty shocking. Flavour was great but had nothing in them. FILL THE TACOS PLEASE even though they were $3 tacos, it was pretty sad eating taco shell with no filling
Ordered a quesidilla plus with beef brisket, cheese, pico de gallo, guacamole sour cream and Chipotle salsa.nAny guesses what was missing from my quesidilla???nJust like any other fast food chain. Should have checked my order before driving away I guess. Will remember this for next time nThe fries were amazing!
My burrito was lazy put together by a three year old,nI knew it was going to go bad. I asked for extra drinks at the drive-through and they said it was too late as a fine connoisseur of all things fast food and drive-through. I have never been refused extra drinks regardless of how late.nThe burrito itself Which was supposed to be California had two chips in it and was a sloppy mess. Would not return could not pay me do yourself a favour and get greasy anything else instead? At least it will taste nice.nI got so frustrated I threw my burrito out the car Window. I hope the birds enjoy what I couldn’t.
The portion sizes of this Little G kids taco is ridiculous. Capalaba should be ashamed of themselves for blatantly ripping their customers off.
My sons have talked about Guzman Y Gomez since it opened. This morning I had the joy of dining in. My oldest boy had to get a blood test and had fasted overnight. He was keen for a feed once the blood test was done.nnThe young lady that served me, Ivanna was really friendly. Most importantly, knowledgeable and helpful. As a business Manager in the past, these are qualities I look for in a staff member. I got a wonderfully hot cuppa to start my day also. I needed extra sugar. I did go up about 2 or 3 extra times until I got it right. Sebastian made sure I got what I asked for when he delivered our meals to the table. Again, not only was he very friendly, he too made sure I got what I asked for. He never changed his demeanour when I asked for extra sugar. This was again appreciated. He gave no judgement.nnThese 2 staff members made sure my experience was the best it could possibly be. They are an asset to their company and this store was extremely clean which makes them an asset to the Brand. May this store continue to grow to its full potential and serve our Redland district for many many years to come.n11 out of 10 from me.nEven while coming to the front near the counter to write this review 2 further staff made sure I was ok. It just keeps getting better.
