Absolutely horrible food and service. We waited in the drive through for 25mins! I have no idea what we were waiting for. I called the place to see what was happening and they said it was on the way. It then took about 10mins from the call for us to get to the front of the line. Absolutely disgusting! The food was horrible and there was nothing it in. I assume that the food was just sitting there for ages as it was cold and unpleasant. It has made my family sick. We will not be eating at this Capalaba branch again. The kids meal is disgusting. All this cost $30 it is rip off!
Can be good food if they get your order right. Too many times to count my orders have been wrong when I've ordered through menu log etc. And problem is they aren't even salvageable to eat when they are covered in bean juice or sour cream or any other food you did not request. My family and I use to order here at least once a week/fortnight. Now I'm almost at the point where I won't be eating there ever again.
Don't write too many reviews but I've just waited over 20 minutes for a burrito that is inedible....nnThey are so slow I can't even be bothered to wait in the long line to ask for a refund.nnWon't be returning here.
I paid for a nacho fries with beef brisket and chicken and it barely has pico de gallo and the portioning for the protein does not reach 100 grams
We love the food and eat it weekly, but they really need to sort out their order calling system. We use the app to order and more often than not we have to ask numerous times if the order is ready. On a number of occasions its just been sitting on the counter even though we've been waiting and they knew we were there. Obviously as they've gotten more popular, some of their systems haven't evolved to meet the demand.
