Easily the worst burrito I can remember having. Pork was flavourless, the whole thing was semi-cold, and the black beans looked as though they hadn't been rinsed, coated with a lot of the slimy water that is in a can of beans.nI've only had GYG at one other location beside the Royal Children's Hospital and it was so much better there that it's almost like it was a different franchise.
Ordered a LARGE portion of nacho fries and even paid extra to add lettuce just for them to send me a mini portion in a large container. On top of that found this foreign object which almost broke my tooth!nThis is possibly the worst GYG franchise i’ve ever ordered from. Do better!
I have placed order for lunch through my app and I went to pick up order they told me that it’s not ready still waited 10 min. After waiting 10 min also they gave me wrong food. I clearly mentioned that I have allergy with mushroom and I remove mushroom in the order, and when I receive the order I check that has a mushroom in it. They don’t even check what is order they just making food blindly. Worst customer service I will never gone go back to this store. I think in Australia this is the worst GYG I had a experience
I mostly use drive-through and I had very good experience as such but last meal wasn’t upto the mark. Looks like they ran out of nachos and just gave me some left over broken small pieces. Disappointed as I expect better from Guzman y Gomez.
The food was amazing! My girlfriend and I noticed something about this fantastic place. We were in the drive-thru and ordered two chicken enchiladas. The chicken was so nice and juicy. We also got a slow-cooked beef burrito, which was perfectly cooked, and two ground beef tacos, which were made to perfection. After placing the order, we waited in the waiting bay for just five minutes WOW! This place definitely deserves a 10-star rating. The staff on Thursday night were amazing as well. We ordered at 8:30, and our whole order was delivered correctly at 8:35. The drinks were ice-cold, and the fries were perfectly seasoned. We'll definitely be coming here again amazing work Campbellfield!!!
