Just picked up my online order and surprise!!! I had a sushi instead of a taco!! Rice and meat that's all inside a roll and a bit of salad. Also the enchiladas was full of rice, without beans!! Shouldn't sell this!! Very disappointed!!!
Up until around 6 months ago, we had not had one bad or inconsistent experience. Since then, you can almost order anything off the menu and add/take away things, but what you get seems to be almost down to complete luck of the draw.nnIt is without doubt the most inconsistent GyG we have visited we've been to a lot in many locations in the last few months to the point we will now stop going as also the quality of the food is getting bad too read bones in the chicken etc.nnThis location needs some real special oversight and management as well as some focussed training of all the staff.
What an absolute joke of a salad. Lettuce is cheap, yet this was the entire meal just as I opened it. A few lettuce leaves with scant chicken drowning in dressing. I paid around $15. Disgraceful.
Place was filthy, tables a mess. The high chair was covered in food and filthy.nPlace was quiet, so there was no excuse for a lack of cleanliness.
Waste of money. I ordered 2 burrito bowls and one is missing the corn chips and looks absolutely disgusting compared to the other one as shown in the photos. Chicken wasn’t nice either, very dry. Don’t know what’s happened to this place as I used to love it but I probably won’t be back there again.
