Extremely disappointed with my recent order. The food was burnt, very dry and completely inedible – huge chunks of charred meat that shouldn’t have been served at all.nOn top of that, when I went to pick up my order, the staff didn’t even acknowledge me. I stood there for about 10 minutes waiting, even though the app said my food was ready. Staff were just standing around talking and no one told me what was happening with my order.nTerrible food and terrible service – definitely not what you’d expect from GYG. Won’t be coming back.
Food was ready quick. Name wasnt called out but when in I went up and asked it was ready. Delicious lil burrito .
$16 for one spicy beef Burrito with an extra $1 for sour cream as an add on - asked do I get salad with that? Yes could add lettuce? Nice but was still hungry after. I don't know how families afford take-away these days.
If you can avoid this location, do! It’s unfortunately the closest one to my house but continuously THE WORST location you’ll ever experience.nnThe food is consistently under proportioned sometimes ingredients missing all together all while the waiting time is doubled compared to others branches. See photo below of two beef tacos that were actually served to me… nn What a disappointment
Very hit and miss. Sometimes the nachos are really amazing. Other times I need to spit out the chicken due to fat and being too grissly and it arrives coldand unfresh. When its good its great but when its not its really really not
