If you can avoid this location, do! It’s unfortunately the closest one to my house but continuously THE WORST location you’ll ever experience.nnThe food is consistently under proportioned sometimes ingredients missing all together all while the waiting time is doubled compared to others branches. See photo below of two beef tacos that were actually served to me… nn What a disappointment
I am not someone to ever complain about food orders because I’ve worked in hospitality for years and understand how busy it can get, but I visited on a pretty quiet Wednesday night and ordered the same thing I order every single time, I asked for my guac on the side because I was on the way home. It cost $3.20 for a tea spoon of guac, and I didn’t get my sour scream. They also charged me for a large chips instead of a medium which I know it’s not a big deal but still.
Ordered uber eats this morning under my partners name Harry and received the completely wrong order, the cheese quesadilla, coffee and hash brown were correct the 2x burritos were wrong we ordered a chorizo one and mushroom one and received a bacon one with the name Jack on it and another bacon one which was meant to be chorizo we both threw them out as we don’t eat it and I am vego. Have contacted uber eats with photos and proof and were told GYG don’t offer refunds on burritos. We didn’t order these burritos so why would we not get a refund, nearly every single time we order uber eats from here it’s wrong seriously how hard is it to pack the right order. Will take this further complete waste of money.
Bought x 2 meals with my partner for dinner at the Caloundra store on Thursday the 3rd of April at 6pm. Chicken was burnt, corn tasted like it was turning bad and they got one of our meals wrong after us checking about the order twice. Tryed to call to make a complaint but nobody answered the phone. Left a message. Couldn't eat my dinner, made me feel sick. Had to eat toast. Wasted our money on dinner that was terrible.
Waste of money. I ordered 2 burrito bowls and one is missing the corn chips and looks absolutely disgusting compared to the other one as shown in the photos. Chicken wasn’t nice either, very dry. Don’t know what’s happened to this place as I used to love it but I probably won’t be back there again.
