Extremely disappointed with my recent order. The food was burnt, very dry and completely inedible – huge chunks of charred meat that shouldn’t have been served at all.nOn top of that, when I went to pick up my order, the staff didn’t even acknowledge me. I stood there for about 10 minutes waiting, even though the app said my food was ready. Staff were just standing around talking and no one told me what was happening with my order.nTerrible food and terrible service – definitely not what you’d expect from GYG. Won’t be coming back.
Waiting for my app order for 35mins at the restaurant. Staff prioritised drive through, uber driver meals and walk in counter order first then make app order meals. This is the third time that happened. Don’t bother using your app! I don’t think I’ll eat GYG again.
Just as disappointing as my ex boyfriend.nThe size of my 'regular' burrito was underwhelming just as so, the time in which my order was finished lead me to believe this was prepared earlier... Yes, it was too quick... Maybe I like more filling.nnLatins usually know exactly what to do with my burrito but I've lost faith in GyG Caloundra. Please make it feel like the cost is more worth my while
Today I ordered a pull pork bowl from here and I got this when I got home, this is very disappointing and disgusting, gyg is getting worse by the day.
You just don’t get what you pay for. The burrito was probably 80% rice, 15% beans and 5% chicken, very disappointing. The tacos were put together like slop and were soaking wet. I see a string of bad reviews for this place so they clearly don’t take on feedback for their quality. You’ll find better value for money elsewhere.
