It took 20 minutes to get my order, the order came wrong and took another 10 minutes to fix it. Which made my ice cream to completely melt in my car. When I got home I also noticed that the burrito they “fixed” was pretty much just rice. And that’s not even mentioning how rude the attendant was to me while explaining HER mistake. I really like Guzman y Gomez but that was a really bad experience.
First and last time. We ordered 1 burrito, It looked like sushi from the amount of rice it had, photo attached.nThe extras, which you have to pay for ALL of, were not there. It had almost no meat, and the little it had was bland.nFor the tacos, we asked for spicy and they weren't, apparently they forgot to add the meat because it didn't exist haha.nThe nachos did not have cilantro!!!! and very few toppings!nThe best thing was Coca Cola.nA shame, making a product as simple and noble as a simple taco or burrito and doing it wrong? A lack of respect for Mexican cuisine.
why did i pay extra for pico de gayo and chipotle mayo if i didn’t get any. not to mention the chicken was pink and chewy. gross
The rice were in burrito order number 2158 so hard not cooked properly while chicken was too hard and burnt left over, we not able to eat, generally it's always good but it was worst experience today.nnWhen contacted branch she refused to replace and said she will give fries next time.nnUpdate already raised complaints but no response.
My chicken burrito was delicious. The seasoned fries hot chips were good. My only minor complaint was that there was no hot sauce area for self serve. Its been a few years since I've been to a GYG, store and I'm not sure if they still do that. Or if every GYG has that option.
