The worst gyg on the goldcoast. Me and my friend order a cali burrito each. Mine was pure slop, no guac, fell apart and tasted disgusting. My friends was purely guac with barely any meat. This is the second time i got food from here this week thinking the first time was just unlucky. Both times really bad inedible had to throw it away. I love gyg but this store really missed the mark AGAIN
Ordered some chicken tender tacos, waited 30 minutes for in the line for such a simple amount of food. They came with zero chipole mayo as we ordered them on all tacos. food was presented in such an ugly way that I feel offended, and the worst part is I waited 30 minutes for such a waste of food. Decided to just throw the food in the bin where it belongs. At this point just shut down the business if your going to have people waiting such a long amount of time for the poorest quality of food. biggest waste of money and time have a look at these photos…
Joanna at the reception acknowledged me with a smile as I arrived at the door with my little dog Rubie on the lead. She took my order and gave me permission to wait just inside until Henry prepared my hot chocolate which he did as quickly as possible as I had only a short break before an appointment. I did not have time for food. I could see how extraordinary busy they were. All the staff working as a well-coordinated seemingly happy team.nI would like to highly commend Joanna and Henry the owners for their extremely efficient, friendly and caring personalities. It is no wonder that they are so well thought of by neighbouring businesses, one of whom recommended them to me.nThank you. I will always be back.
I placed an order for Mini Nachos with Brisket and extra chicken, but when I opened it, I noticed the brisket was missing, even though I was charged for it.
there was a guy at the drive thru yesterday with a goatee and mustache, he was so kind and helpful! He gave me great advice about my order, and the food was absolutely delicious.
