It took 20 minutes to get my order, the order came wrong and took another 10 minutes to fix it. Which made my ice cream to completely melt in my car. When I got home I also noticed that the burrito they “fixed” was pretty much just rice. And that’s not even mentioning how rude the attendant was to me while explaining HER mistake. I really like Guzman y Gomez but that was a really bad experience.
First and last time. We ordered 1 burrito, It looked like sushi from the amount of rice it had, photo attached.nThe extras, which you have to pay for ALL of, were not there. It had almost no meat, and the little it had was bland.nFor the tacos, we asked for spicy and they weren't, apparently they forgot to add the meat because it didn't exist haha.nThe nachos did not have cilantro!!!! and very few toppings!nThe best thing was Coca Cola.nA shame, making a product as simple and noble as a simple taco or burrito and doing it wrong? A lack of respect for Mexican cuisine.
why did i pay extra for pico de gayo and chipotle mayo if i didn’t get any. not to mention the chicken was pink and chewy. gross
This review is all about the customer service at GYG bundal. Very first, you guys don’t deserve the one star that i gave. This is my third time experience with the same girl working on Saturday night on drive thru window. She is soo rude. Didn’t have manners how to talk with customer. My food mean to be ready at 2230. But they gave me order at 2300. Half an hour i wait for just one bowl. So disappointing. Please provide a good training to your staff. There is high need to learn how to talk with customers.
Tried to grab breakfast her but rude staff member male. I ordered a breakfast scrambled egg wrap with the middle cup of cappuccino middle size cup with five sugars was told by the female that took my order I couldn’t have five I could only have four I said no I want five unbelievable, avoid this place and the coffee came with the hash brown for four dollars ended up in the car park with the food on my roof, because when I went to tell the guy that they’d give me the wrong size coffee, he debated it with me at the counter while I was holding my meal did not get to sit down and enjoy my breakfast because the staff there are too debatable and want to argue over the customers order. I know what I ordered and I said to him I do not want to be standing here at breakfast time, holding my breakfast and arguing with you. I ended up leaving and taking the food with me. Appalling service didn’t get the order right creates a drama that was not needed.
