Such an amazing kind and helpful staff, and a special thanks to one of the managers Natalia, I had forgotten my bag a week ago and I had been looking for it since then. Today I remembered that as I usually have lunch there, I might have left it there. There it was safe with everything inside.nI really thankful to the staff.
Just ordered an enchilada with half rice ordner 490 Friday May 16th . Was served double rice and half meat. Very poor
I've been a regular at Guzman y Gomez for years, but lately, I've noticed a disappointing trend—the tacos and burritos are getting smaller and smaller. What used to be a filling and satisfying meal now feels like a snack, yet the prices keep climbing.nnThe burritos, in particular, have shrunk noticeably. They used to be packed with generous portions of meat, rice, and beans, but now they’re mostly tortilla with a thin layer of filling. The tacos suffer the same fate—less protein, more lettuce, and a lot of empty space.nnFor the price, GYG just isn’t delivering good value anymore. If I’m paying premium fast-food prices, I expect a meal that leaves me full, not reaching for something else afterward. Sadly, unless they fix this, I’ll be looking elsewhere for my Mexican food fix.nnPlease fix this owner of GYG Bundall. It was perfect when you first opened.
I’ve had multiple issues with my recent orders from Guzman. Every time I’ve visited over the past few days, something has gone wrong — incorrect items, missing parts of the order, or mix-ups.nnYesterday, after waiting a long time in line, I ordered a Chicken Burrito bowl. When I got home, it was the wrong item — AGAIN. This is very disappointing and frustrating, especially since it keeps happening.nnI’d appreciate it if someone could look into this. I hope this can be resolved and that the service improves going forward.
It took 20 minutes to get my order, the order came wrong and took another 10 minutes to fix it. Which made my ice cream to completely melt in my car. When I got home I also noticed that the burrito they “fixed” was pretty much just rice. And that’s not even mentioning how rude the attendant was to me while explaining HER mistake. I really like Guzman y Gomez but that was a really bad experience.
