The food here was delicious. The staff was also very helpful providing advice about gluten free options on the menu. We'll definitely go back again and try some of the other dishes.
We usually have no issues at this store.nnBut today 19/05/24 at 7:45PM we had a hard time ordering as the person taking our order kept cutting us off and had us repeat ourselves several times because she could not hear us over hers and her co workers giggling and talking.nnWhen we went up to pay and collect our food, she was incredibly rude and when passed us our food almost dropped the bag and didn’t even notice because she shut the window straightaway and walked off.nnWhen we got home to eat, my partners burrito bowl was half full, and my spicy chicken burrito bowl with extra guacamole had basically no guacamole and instead of the beans I had just the liquid from the beans, making my food completely black when I mixed my bowl.nnThis was an extremely frustrating and disgusting experience.
I’ve eaten here multiple times and I love gyg in general. This store is very clean and the workers are very nice. The food is also great just sometimes the chicken in my bowls or enchiladas is just too burnt but it happens. My favourites are queso fries or nachos fries and a bowl with chicken and guacamole.
The food is very good and fresh but sometimes it takes very long to get it
Ordered a mobile order, and I came in and was looked after by Sergio... Amazing service! Very nice and pleasant to deal with, thank you!! The food was hot, seasoned, overall a really good place! Best chips i have had from GyG
