Food is alright. It’s what you expect from GYG. Thanks for the staff who worked hard late at night.nnJust thought they could get a sign to remind drivers about the bump. It was my first time driving thru this GYG for an order. I literally just got my food then drove away from the pick up, then there is a noise from the scratch on my front bumper.nnI went back on foot to have a look. You can see how many cars had the same problem.nnYea would have appreciated a reminder at the pick up or a sign maybe :
I ordered burrito from $12 meal deal, they gave me bowl instead of burrito.nAnd when i informed them, they just refused to take it back.nSuch a big brand and they are doing like thisnI have been million times to GYG totally love it…nThis time don’t what happened
Food is okay, sometimes not the quality expected. The service in drive thru is woeful - the lady working this morning did not listen to my order repeated 3 times and then, when it was wrong, yelled and argued with me. Still wouldn’t listen. She ran off to her manager who clearly told her to fix the problem and she eventually did. Passed the correct order through the window and then slammed the window shut. No apology. Nothing. She should not be in a customer service role. Sunday 24 August 11am. You can look her up.
This is a small Guzman y. Gomez with only limited outdoor, but sheltered seating. Open 24/7. Very friendly staff with the standard Guzman y. Gomez fare well presented. The salsa and condiments station was not stocked when we visited which is always disappointing. Overall the restaurant was clean and well organised.
Woman on the drive through was so focused on salting “ola” on repeat that she wouldn’t be quiet enough for us to place an order and when we got to the window there was no order placed for us. We waited in waiting bay for 10 min after already being in the drive through for 10min and we were then running late to sport. 20min for a kids meal and only 7 chips what a joke! Won’t return ever!
