Very slow drive thru.nGiven wrong burrito. Meant to be a bacon burrito, but was some spicy chilli beef burrito. Complete waste of money and time.
i don’t live far and i order gyg from here so much. every single time without a doubt the food is 10/10 and comes within 15 minutes. the food is hot when it arrives and the workers never fail to complete my additions to my burritos. everyone there deserves a raise omg it’s so good. keep up the good work señoritas and señors
Don’t get in between me and my GYG.nOther than the next morning, GYG is the best thing that’s happened to me in a long time.nnTake two:nIt’s even better than last time. I didn’t even know if it was possible but it is. They packed it up, 3 tacos weighed an easy 700G to a Kilo of taco. Absolutely beautiful, outdone yourselves again.
Food is always good, honestly one of the best gygs to have fresh and tasty food but how annoying is to drive thru and be on the way to eat and surprise! There are NEVER napkins or cutlery in the bag!!!! I shouldn't ask because it's obvious there must be!!
came in around 12:10am with a group of friends and on arrival, literally watched a worker lock the door as we were walking down the driveway, tried to open the door then went to go to open it and waited a few mins and luckily another employee had to open the door to deliver food to another customer so then was able to enter the building. the vibes were off from most employees. placed my order online and when i went to collect the food. there was no “here’s your order”, no “have a good one”, just silence from the employee not even a slight smile. after sitting down another employee came over and instructed us to move our cars which weren’t even on the property of GYG. PLUS there was no parking in the car park anyways. also when collecting food for a friend that was moving a car the employee asked if a drink had already been given with the order, i said “no”, not realising that a drink had already been given, they willingly handed another drink over. an employee walked over to our table and demanded if the second drink had been opened we had to pay for it even though they willingly handed it over. yes i was slight at fault. overall no customer service at all. yes it’s midnight but come on.
