One of us scored a free burrito when they registered on the app. I had nachos which are always pretty good. I loved beyable to get extra coriander.nnThe 'menu adventure' we trt was the Nacho Sundae. Very different and quite delicious! Imagine wheat tortilla triangles, sprinkled with cinnamon sugar, topped with vanilla soft-serve ice cream and drizzled with caramel sauce.nnI was very glad we tried it.
I order from this Guzman store all the time. Last night I had next to no meat in my chicken burrito bowl even though I ordered extra meat. They gave me extra of the cheap filling that I didn’t ask for though! The chicken has been separated in the photo for reference.nnToday I went through the drive through and they got my order completely wrong. It took them three times, four team members and they still didn’t get it right. How many people does it take to change a lightbulb comes to mind?nnThe girl was rude and tried to make me take the order even though it wasn’t correct. After three failed attempts at getting my order correct I took the order back into the store where the manager told me that I apparently do this a lot. I’m assuming he meant letting them know if the order isn’t correct. I ended up taking the meals back as they were incorrect and cold and got a refund. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from two members of that team though including the manager.nnIt’s very sad that they put up such an argument about the order being incorrect like it was coming out of their own back pocket. It’s also interesting that the manager said I do this often but look at the reviews here and it’s evident that they provide bad customer service often…nnNo more dealing with this team of arrogant pieces of work!nnThank you for coming to my TED Talk.nnxoxo your ex-most loyal customernHave to make light of a rubbish situation
Waited so long to order in drive thru. Time in the the line was over 5mins after ordering . Paid 15.80 for nacho fries. Drove home to see the sadest serving of nacho fries. Drove back to show them. There was zero care . He Said it is the right amount and there is little extra guacamole too. He basically saw nothing wrong but didn't even try weigh it either. Came off a bit rude and just said he would remake it. No apology for the long wait time either.
Not the first time this store has forgotten parts of my order. Pretty inconvenient, One offs are acceptable but twice in a row for me and lots of other people having same issue is unacceptable. Do better take some pride in your jobs and do them correctly it’s not rocket Science
Have loved GyG for years and keep giving them more chances - but I’m out after tonight!nnOver the last 6m or so I’ve had 5 wrong orders - leaving ordered items out of the bag, putting allergens I specifically requested NOT TO HAVE in the order, forgetting to add paid-for extra items and the last two times sending orders with the wrong meat and spice levels.nnCalled to ask for a refund and was told that I’d have to claim through the “delivery partner” and there’s nothing they can do. Asked for supervisor who was singularly unhelpful the order was made up wrong, not delivered wrong! and told me if I wanted to complain I’d have to write an email to GyG which I’ve done the other times and had not so much as a response back!nnAbsolute rubbish - they’re so expensive and it’s meant to be a treat, but now I have no dinner because I can’t eat what they made up in error!nnThat’s the end for me, GyG - as a hospital worker who has previously put a fair amount of cash your way, I’m super disappointed in the lack of customer service your people demonstrate.
