I GYG. Man, I could eat it every day! The one thing I do hate though, is the volume. Does the music need to be so loud that you can't hear the person sitting next to you? It isn't a rave lol, and every store is the same, deafening. BUT the food is consistently good at every store. At this store the staff were friendly, the service was super fast... like, I have had to wait for 30mins before, but this was 10mins, max. The store was clean considering how busy yhey were for a Friday evening, too. The toilets are a bit of an inconvenience, gotta grab a key and walk round the back of the building, but again, they were clean. Carpark is tight and a little cray cray, but we managed.
Food is fresh and tasty. The beef brisket burrito is super yummy! The chips are the best though! Their seasoning they put on the chips is delicious. Wish they sold this. Service is ok. Probably best not to empty the bin when someone is sitting right across from it eating and letting a swarm of flies out but apart from that, service is ok. Good place to stop for a quick lunch or drive thru to pick something up. Parking is not great but ok. As for the prices, I've always thought Guzman is expensive for what it is but i guess that's the way everything is going.
My husband and I frequent this GYG every week and normally it’s a highlight for us. Today’s service was abysmal. Not only was the customer service super poor, the guacamole was forgotten on my husband’s burrito bowl and as he followed the lady who gave us our food saying “excuse me”, she completely ignored him and a different colleague had to fix this. The serving size was atrocious compared to usual. I’m currently pregnant and very hungry so you can imagine how disappointed I was to have been served an entree sized lunch.nSuch a waste of our money & time.nDo better guys.
An excellent Mexican restaurant with great specials! A very busy store especially on a Sunday which is when I visited! I only just got a seat with my friend Val we sat net to A Mexican family with a disabled child! So there is disabled parking available! Beautiful aromas & fresh food is provided by the staff! Margaritas are available! Excellent!
Food was yum.nCorn chips were a little tough, not as fresh as other times from other GYG.nTable wasn’t cleaned when we sat down.nHowever, staff were friendly.
